I’m with everyone that there should have been more ramifications for Adam’s death and he should have been mourned in heaven . BUT, I’m tired of people always acting like that Adam was a righteous crusader against only the worst of the worst.

Sera and Adam themselves admit they don’t know who gets into heaven and why, and going over real world religions (this depends on sects), suicide, fornication, theft, and heresy (atheism or believing a rival religion or evolution if the religion is really crazy) are means of getting into hell. Pentious made a real mistake being too frightened to report Jack the Ripper but him dying in an extermination wouldn’t have fixed it. The narrative that the only sinners in hell are evil hyper Nazis is wrong and if you want to critique the show downplaying or ignoring an explicitly stated point is not a good way to do it. Not only that Adam massacred at random there are plenty of horrific people he left untouched Alastor and Valentino for one. He brought pure chaos and no discipline deconstruct hell’s hierarchy.

I’m tired of people downplaying that Adam enjoyed killing people who are his children for reasons he didn’t understand to make points about other characters that don’t fit the narrative. There’s plenty to criticize Charlie, Lucifer, Sera, and Emily for but ignoring the character you’re trying to prop up isn’t helping win any favors. If you’re upset that Emily and Sera showed more grief for people they didn’t know I agree with you, but don’t sand off the edges of your favorite character.

Btw I’m not judging you for liking Adam, I love Hatemonger from Space King if that means anything. Still Sinner Adam is a major missed opportunity.

I was kinda expecting that Stolas was going to turn because Loona and Via are friends and recognize that just because he’s not the one for Blitzø his daughter’s friendship was special.

While it is a common trope in science fiction for aliens to look like humans, recent popular works like All Tomorrows, Man after man, and humanity lost, explore the concept of humans evolving into aliens to engage deeper into the implications of the trope. In the instance of Space King it could provide some interesting subtext and horror for why the psycho warriors are butchering all life in the galaxy.

My Evidence:

1. Most of the aliens we meet are some variation of humanoid (brood mother

and Abominable Space Mentivore excluded which may be the only true aliens) or draw from earthly animals. The Blap Blaps are humans just with a different skin tone and a weird mouth, the Alien queen is humanoid from the waste up, the Techo Fiend’s face resembles a human skull, the PORCs are frighteningly close to pigs to be from a separate line of evolution to earth bound swine.

2. Aliens frequently draw from human cultural insignia, and even understand and speak the same languages. The Blap Blap leader wears a crown and Blap Blap mothers dress like old timey women, the Alien Queen speaks English, the Techno Fiend lights candles, and the PORCs have Banners and ride bikes. Humanity holds xenos in utter contempt how would the Aliens pick up on this much cultural weight unless they inherited these conventions?

3. It would justify how frequently Aliens try and reason with the psycho warriors rather than show initial hostility still thinking they can appeal to a shared humanity (which they can’t). I find it odd that the majority of Aliens don’t band together to push out humanity if it is this xenophobic, this may be that they foolishly think the space kingdom may compromise with them due to a forgotten past.

I feel that it’s possible the psycho warriors exist to “”””fix”””” humanity post some catastrophic event that occurred in a fallen galactic civilization which caused humans to adapt isolated from each other. The narrative that the psycho warriors are killing aliens only exists to dull the consequences of slaughtering former humans to the rest of the kingdom. It could also be funny if this changes nothing for the psycho warriors who go on killing mutated humans with the same level of hate!

It would be a better twist than Space King being an alien imo.

Of the three primordial beasts in the abrahamic religions, the Ziz is the last to appear with Leviathan terrorizing the carcass front and the Behemoth slumbering at the heart of the Beast’s labyrinth.

Many say that the Ziz should be a satanic monster but, going back to the original source he is anything but being a guardian monster defending the Earth’s firmament from storms (they didn’t have astronomy back then) and singing praises to God as mentioned in the Aggadah.

I think as a subversion to the other two monsters, the Ziz could be a holy creature that defends the Earth from its brothers and the swell of demons. Maybe the leper pilgrims are trying to summon it to help them devour the leviathan! Pictured above

They might also worship an incarnation of Space King that looks like a big toad.

The psycho warriors would have to decide whether or not they consider them filthy Scalie XENOS or if they’re actually cool because they hate aliens as much as they do.

I imagine it takes place on a lava planet and whole time Millie and Hatemonger are fighting in the background before Moxxie and Millie are set on fire it does nothing so Chestnut tries to help them up and accidentally breaks Moxxie’s arm.

We all have our own preferences for types of horror movies but what specifically draws you into your favorite sub genre of horror?

My answer would be giant creature horror and cosmic horror and my reasons below:

Skaven would genuinely fit perfectly as a rival to imps and as opposed to the red gremlins it would make sense and be funny if Charlie was racist bigoted against them!
