(A). The 50/50 split CONFIRMS it. If kuzan even lacked something the fight would be off in 3-5 days let alone 10 days with 70/30 split or more.

(B). People think kuzan's fuit was inferior to magma and was able to keep up with akainu cuz of his training through garp or more refined haki. This is just headcanon and wrong.

(C). Both devil fruits cancel out eachother, Akainu has constant flowing magma but people tend to forget that Kuzan's base form also surges with ice as we saw the fumes on him unlike regular ice cubes he doesnt need to double his output to match akainu's magma, he can literally FLASH FREEZE an entire ocean(island scale lvl)in 1 second or less than second in just his base form.

(D). Both were extremely CLOSE in Haki not devil fruit cuz devil fruit doesn't make sense. If kuzan lacked even a bit of haki he would have became a donut and vice versa for akainu.

(E). Akainu DOES have the most lethal devil fruit but it only works depending on the user and the opponent. Whitebeard's heart attack costed him a hole in stomach just LIKE JOZU's looking back costed him a full one hand. Akainu's devil fruit is like an enma of devil fruits but just as enma kuzan's devil fruit is like the heaven sword parallel to enma.

(F). It was the battle of WILLPOWER/haki not devil fruits. People also forget that Akainu and Kizaru were called MONSTER ROOKIES just as they joined the marines before they had their devil fruit.

(0% chance for a user of most lethal power and a user of fastest devil fruit to join marines at the same time in the same branch)

For akainu and kizaru to be strong before their devil fruit makes sense cuz they were from most aggressive sea and a natural fighter as depicted by child drawing of akainu.

Akainu won only by HAKI.

1. First of all lets clear the cloud, I am ASSUMING that kuzan gave a warning shot to doflamingo thats why he was able to break it out while in Toto land kuzan was LOCKED IN.

2. Unlike akainu, Kuzan can thaw out Anyone if someone comes within his attack radius cuz akainu wont be able to do the same as magma would just kill the celestial dragons or burn/handicap their limbs so yes thats one of the disadvantage of magu magu no mi, we also saw that chunk of lava destroyed half the city when wb deflected it in MF arc, so akainu HAD to HOLD BACK in holy land.

3. Kuzan's fruit is the best fruit for stalling,holding,killing or even stopping someone unlike akainu magma. Fun fact is that one JOZU's look back costed him a whole one hand which also signals that kuzan's fruit is relatively offensive to akainu's df and we all know that akainu's df cancel out kuzan's df and vice versa.

4. Kuzan would have given much better performance cuz Everything old garp did in hachinosu kuzan can do it much faster,better,much stronger and can combine it with his ice powers(not implying he has acoc ofc).

Conclusion: Kuzan would have been much better alternate timeline choice for oda to fight kuma as akainu's df excels in most offensive power while kuzan's df excels in other areas.

(A) Beastkainu is on different lvl:

1. Defeated a garp's student who had same physical baseline as prime garp.

2. Roasted and talked back at the goroseis on their face.

(B) Canonically the only character to insult shanks on his face( and yes he wasnt scared of shanks he was shocked for how fast he came).

(C) Stopped old sick wb with one leg and Broke an iceberg taller than the giants combined with his bare first magma infused (throwing magma wouldn't stop it).

(D) Easily YC+ lvl without devil fruit.

(E) Absolute manifestation of will

(F) The only one piece character to be parallel to Dragon himself.

(F) 1 of the 12 contenders.

(G) Stack all of these with his qualities of a king and Unyielding spirit.

Only thing we know about them is they aren't admiral lvl:

Kizaru/fuji/GB> old Gaban/Rayleigh (high diff)
