Saw some weirdo saying they love Gun in Korea. They might like him, but he's still way below Gitae

Gun isn't even stronger than base Gitae in Korea, son. And going by feats, you're right—base Gitae with 2 Thresholds + conviction already beats Gun based on what's been shown. Path + breaking his limiter while hitting his prime is just a total slaughter. The guy gets ranked behind James in Korea, let alone even having a chance against Gitae right now

Since when does System/Second Body UI Daniel stand any chance against Gitae, did I miss something?

Gitae is the strongest, no amount of glazers or haters is going to change that up to the current chapter, it's indisputable. You know what's worse? It's that he doesn't even know the limit (and probably isn't even close to it) of his form in BASE. Yes, once Gitae breaks his limiter and finally awakens his UI, this form of Gitae we've seen will just be his base form. Now I wonder: a character who had to copy Gitae to beat an OG Daniel with attribute stats way lower than the ones Gitae faced, how on earth is he going to beat Gitae? It doesn't exist. Gitae is the peak of everything when it comes to evolution during a fight, nobody compares to him being the hybrid of the most powerful bloodlines and the two evolutionary lineages, one a legendary lineage with infinite potential and the other a lineage that can break its limiter, is adaptive, and has the bloodthirsty mode. In feats and narrative, Gitae is way above SB Daniel; SB Daniel only has statements of being at Zero Generation level, but we know within the Zero Generation there are various levels, whereas Gitae is cited as a monster on Gapryong and Shingen's level when it comes to gradual evolution. Yes, Jinyoung in the first panel was talking purely about evolution during the fight, not about a path (since Gitae hadn't even used his yet), which was confirmed by Kenzou's statement. One more point: among all living characters, Gitae has the most complete and refined path of anyone, it's no wonder James went to look for Gitae to better understand and have his own path mapped out. Path > no path is clear, you might disagree, but there has never been a being without a path who beat someone who has already forged their path. There might be a few exceptions with incomplete paths, but it's debatable. The point is: there is not the slightest chance of someone without a path beating a being with a complete path. SB Daniel UI currently would be devoured by Gitae's gradual evolution and wouldn't even need to break his limiter.

Insane reaction speed feats from Gitae

It's no wonder that based on feats, statements, and narrative, he's the strongest even before finding his limit and breaking it. The stage for Gitae was already set in the most important arc of the series by Generation Zero the hybrid demon and the sole bearer of the strongest bloodline. Honestly, I don't see anyone beating this guy even right now, let alone at full power. Obviously it's gonna be a raid boss situation against Gitae in the end

Youkoutard bums kept trying to clown the admirals for beating up an old man, only for it to turn into a massive admiral upscale

No wonder Oda gave Kizaru that bizarre nerf in Egghead and had him humiliate everyone there with his speed while dropping food—people are probably still losing their minds wondering who fed Luffy LMAO. IMU calls Luffy weak and Gaban super strong. Meaning: Kizaru, Akainu, Kuzan > Gaban/Ray > Luffy G5 >= Kaido >>> Big Meme

It wouldn't take long anyway, even exhausted once the gene evolution + path + conviction started, that little guy was gonna fold

u/TechnicianAlert562 — 4 days ago

That episode alone completely hyped me up for that clash in the hell arc.

I don't know who posted this, but Daiguren Hyōrinmaru is totally destined to freeze Hell over. The ice that negates everything vs. the fire that vaporizes everything

u/TechnicianAlert562 — 4 days ago

Yeah, max potential Gitae no-diffs all four of them once he breaks his limiter

I made a recent post and people were saying it's crazy, so tell me why then, besides your delusions that never existed? Think about it: Gitae practically did that even before breaking his limiter, I'd argue he's even superior since UI OG Daniel and Path Jinyoung > OG Daniel Path and Johan Path. Gitae would swallow James alive right there while exhausted, and I don't even know if he'd need to break his limiter. Max conviction Gitae, black bones, custom TUI, genes, maxed Path, max convictionhe doesn't beat those guys? That option doesn't even exist

u/TechnicianAlert562 — 5 days ago

Manhaw fact: Gitae breaking his limiter would solo all 4 of them at once and it wouldn't even be extreme diff

If he basically did that in base—actually, even better since UI OG Daniel > Johan. Breaking his limiter, unlocking UI + black bones + maxed-out Path + Kim's gene evolution + Yamazaki and conviction... writing this down right now, I think it's a no diff for Gitae, wild

u/TechnicianAlert562 — 6 days ago

I'm genuinely baffled by some people's reading comprehension. Are there seriously mfs out here thinking Gun didn't use his Path in HFG?

Literally Tom saying that a Path user can only be defeated by those who find their path mid-fight during the Johan vs. Gun match, and Daniel is still out here explicitly confirming it LMAO

u/TechnicianAlert562 — 8 days ago

I find it hilarious when mfs try to claim the person Future Daniel mentioned back in the 4th Affiliate arc isn't Gitae.

There's literally a whole Gitae introduction right before that line in the 4th Affiliate, the perfect body copies Gitae, and people are asking 'Whose moves the hell are these?' Right after, you get the villain's line about everyone needing to team up to beat him. And guess what? Everyone is literally teaming up to stop Gitae right now

My guy literally pushed Daniel's UI—the one that matches your level and copies the perfect body right to his ceiling. The catch is that UI basically has ZERO limits on stamina and pain tolerance. Absolute cinema

It's honestly wild how these guys will deadass deny the actual manhwa out of pure agenda and stubbornness

Gitae is deadass going to shatter his limiter and fully awaken his Yamazaki side, that is an undisputed FACT. It's the exact same deal when I dropped a post giving every single hint that he was a Yamazaki, and mfs still denied it out of pure stubbornness. PTJ literally had Gitae talk about limits THREE separate times. Twice he points out Jinyoung and Daniel hitting their limits, and once he literally questions and seeks to find out his own limits. PTJ gave Gitae the spotlight in the most hyped and important arc in the entire series. What does the Yamazaki UI actually do? It literally shatters your limiter, making you break through to completely higher tiers

u/TechnicianAlert562 — 8 days ago

It's basic power scaling scaling logic, man, super simple

I'll make it crystal clear: James is nowhere near Gitae right now, and I wouldn't care if he was, but as of right now, it’s not even close. Gitae faced a way more insane challenge while completely exhausted, as Changsu points out, whereas James was chilling. If you're gonna argue that James was worn out from a one-handed, pathless, washed Tom Lee, then James is just straight-up trash, and it's not even fun. And that was even Tom's good hand. Gitae possesses a dual evolutionary bloodline, inheriting top-tier genes from both Gapryong and the Yamazaki something James completely lacks. The absolute peak of James's evolution is just mastering masteries, and the only one he's missing right now is durability. I don't know how Gitae's Path works yet, so I won't speculate on that. But put it all together: a 100% fresh, fully restored Gitae, scaling through mid-combat Conviction growth, ready to shatter his limiter, awaken his own personalized UI or TUI, and unleash the full, bloodthirsty adaptive terror of the Yamazaki clan to reach his absolute, undisputed prime—what are James's odds of winning? Zero. None.

The only decent Goo fan on this entire Reddit

You can easily tell the difference between a blind fanboy and someone who just likes the character but doesn't ignore facts from the story

u/TechnicianAlert562 — 1 day ago

I'm gonna make it clear that Gitae's black aura isn't his Path, but rather the evolution of the KIM genes.

Before we start, I want to say that not every point I'm about to drop will have the panel attached, but you can just check the manhwa yourself and confirm it right here in the comments.

First point: Gitae vs. Jirang. When Jirang uses the Conviction attack on Gitae, Gitae literally tells him that's not Gapryong Kim's strike and he's doing it wrong, then unleashes his own Conviction (despair) blow, saying that was the real Gapryong Kim attack. Second point: identical similarities between Gitae and Gapryong. Notice how in the fight against UI Daniel, Gitae only used his Conviction (despair) strikes in his arms, the exact same thing Gapryong did with his right fist. After taking massive damage, they both evolved, letting their Conviction bleed all over their entire bodies. As for Jinyoung's statement that Gitae is a monster on Shingen and Gapryong's level, he literally meant mid-fight evolution... Kenzou even confirms this after watching Gapryong: 'He evolved mid-fight, he's just like Shingen' 'I found his nemesis.'"

u/TechnicianAlert562 — 10 days ago

James haters: extreme diff. James fanboys: low diff

That fight was clearly a mid-diff. James almost took a critical hit, needed a bunch of moves to drop Tom, and at the very end he had to pull out his Path to overcome that Tom

Gitae is superior to Goo and right now in the story that's not even a debate

I'll leave narrative aside, since Gitae has that high-end villain narrative where he's getting jumped by multiple people. Gitae's current feats and statements are way above Goo's, anyone disagreeing? Drop Goo's feats and statements that even remotely compare to Gitae as of the latest chapter. Or I could just say Path > No Path, especially since Gitae is easily the living character with the most time spent on his Path and the most refined one

u/TechnicianAlert562 — 10 days ago

This isn't even a debate, Gitae is in a league of his own

And now we know that even if he reaches that limit, he can (and definitely will) break his limiter by awakening his Yamazaki side. I don't think it'll be standard UI, but rather something like TUI a more feral and bloody state that fits him way better. Of course, it'll probably be unique to him, just like his Dark Conviction. Since he's a hybrid, everything about his kit is genuinely unprecedented

u/TechnicianAlert562 — 11 days ago

If you take it literally, that already proves Gitae has already surpassed everyone in Gen 0

Jinyoung's Path is probably even more broken than the MC's. He literally takes the essence of the best stats in Gen 0 and turns them into his own, making him literally as strong as the prime version of everyone's best stat in Gen 0. How the hell did he take damage from a COPY of Conviction, but by the end he wasn't taking any damage from MUCH stronger hits? This guy's Path is insane if you take it literally. Even though that's a solid argument for Gitae surpassing Gapryong and Shingen, I think he's still in the same tier. He's only gonna surpass them once he breaks his limiter

u/TechnicianAlert562 — 12 days ago

Imagine being a James fan, waiting 600 chapters to see him fight someone 'strong,' only for his performance to be pathetic.

Strong' character is doing heavy heavy lifting in quotes there, huh? PTJ might as well have said Tom was missing both legs. He had already fought J and a bunch of fodder (I'll only count J, fodder doesn't even matter), old, missing a hand, and hadn't even unlocked a Path. Bonus detail: PTJ LITERALLY made a point in the flashback to specify that the hand Dogyu lost was his dominant hand. Who does PTJ hate more, James or Goo?
