I first encountered this character on a forum, where they were raving about how super-powerful she was. I don't know why, but I hated her so much I immediately turned off my phone.

I'd completely forgotten about her until I saw her again, guess where? On a power scaling forum/subreddit! Once again, she evoked my intense hatred, which was further reinforced by some commenters saying she beats all other characters in comparison single-handedly. They even showed a screenshot from the novel above as proof.

So, not only is she just character of another Japanese novel, of which there are thousands, but she's also a self-proclaimed "Embodiment of the End of History," because what could be stronger than the end of History? It pissed me off so much, and I couldn't understand why I hated this anime chick so much, even though I'd never heard of her. And then I realized.

She's cardboard.

She's a cardboard character with no personality, a Goddess who's the strongest, but who's bound to fall in love with an equally empty protagonist because he's so special and will make her "happy" because he's special.

I immediately started googling her, and you know what? Everything is as I expected, literally everything. She's so banal that I didn't even need to read the wiki to figure out her role in the plot and everything else. It's so bad it's not even funny.

She evokes nothing but hatred in me because she's proof that if you give a character immense power and make them a woman, there will be those who love her without irony.

Please prove me wrong. It's impossible for someone to make such a bad character. Tell me about her, tell me about her interactions with other characters, besides the main character, whom she'll naturally pursue to make him fall in love with her, if she has any interactions at all. Maybe she has some appealing traits that make her more than just a lure for power scalers.

And please, can someone explain to me why she's considered so powerful? Judging by the description, she couldn't find and drag the protagonist to the world she needed by force, and she had to wait a hundred generations for him to appear. Doesn't this anti-feat put her omniscient and omnipotent powers at multiversal level at best?
