scp 2470 main article and the tale perfect mind will be used for this but most of it will come from the main article as most information about it comes from there and all images refrenced will be at the top

scp 2470 lacks information to give an assesment on these and for durability multiple neutralization attempts have been attempted but all unsucessful and redacted but the foundation has stated they have a neutrilization plan but we dont know what it is and scp 2470 is likely not even a physical being under one foundation theory that scp 2470 is an unfillable unbeing(image 1 and 2)

reaction speed:atleast human level but mostly unknown

the mirror test shows it is capable of reacting to things as it destroyed it 12 seconds longer then usual which is instant and in the perfect mind tale it is capable of having inner thoughts but no evidence shows it having notable reaction capability(image 3 and 4)
