Goku in the BOG movie can destroy clouds with his punches he can destroy huge chunks of mountain sized landscapes also surviving an energy blast that leveled a cave and he stops an energy blast that looks like the sun I believe that is all for him in this movie

He is able to fight and fly to the atmosphere in a very short amount of time

So with the feats shown who do you guys think wins?

This garou is season 2 garou,he had the same amount of skill he had in season 2,still have the ability to evolve.

I just wanna know how far and how long it take for Garou to do the same thing he did in OPM.
