Easy to spot from far away so I never get lost, three distinct biomes to tap into, proximity to Brink and Flats Lagoon are pluses. Constant rain from the Unwanted Zone side (some periodic acid), decent low level training with Beak Things and Stormthrall patrols. Expect Reaver and Skin raids, as well as the UC taxman from Brink if they manage to make it across the Unwanted Zone intact. It'll serve as a jumping point deeper into the Pits East for a base near Crab Town.

Colonel Lovak was okay with carrying out his mission while he knew Odo was being tortured to death in his ship?

When the Changelings say they've never harmed another, does that only mean in a direct sense or does that include indirectly, because the Lovak changeling is clearly complicit in harming another Changeling. Or, he had permission from the Great Link and the Great Link agreed it's better to let Odo die rather than jeapordize the chance to eliminate the Tal Shiar and Obsidian Order.

New fear: Reaver slaves liberated from their masters will auto-ally themselves to you, preventing you from defending your downed animals as they immediately butcher them for meat. The game apparently doesn't mind when an ally butchers your animals, as it's not considered an "attack".

How I see all Titan Princeps after reading Mechanicum:

A friend says he uses a bar soap to clean his crack, and then lather up the bar on his hands and wash his face with it. Does anything go as long as it's soap?

And by cleaning the crack, he will insert it in between his cheeks and rub it on his bare asshole. I'm genuinely not trying to be vulgar or anything, this is just what he does. I assume it's alright since he's perfectly healthy, but am I wrong to recoil a bit at it?

Anyone ever use the Hacker Stopper Jacket and Pants?

The blueprint's not in base vanilla Kenshi, but it really is just a poor man's Plated Jacket. I still think the 100% coverage gives it an edge, and it has a unique look.

Do you pay the UC tax or flip them off?

I often choose a middle path where I'm not quite comfortable enough agreeing to pay yet, so I send out a heavy ninja dude (Ells) to tap them on their necks with two clenched fists and give them some quality REM sleep. Also really glad they travel in a caravan formation, makes it so much easier than if they're in random formation like most bandit factions.
