Anyone know what this is carved into a rock at my home?

So I have owned this home in Jackson County, NC for 7 years. It is 47 years old. I do not think these rocks are from this property, but it is possible. Either way it is at least local to the land. Hoping you guys might know if it is a survey mark?

Is this bad woodworm?

Grade 2 listed building with timber frame. Is this active / horrendous /unmortgageable. It’s a lot of beams affected but unsure how much of an issue it’s likely to be. Thanks!

Is there a good birdseye view of property like google earth to zoom in.

I've been retired a few years from surveying,42 year working,we had a website in the office of birdseye view and we could zoom in and follow stone wall fences and see the corner rock piles and even find a PK in the road,we never had On X or anything like that at work.

Help me understand this deed

Waterford, Wisconsin Racine County USA

Can someone help me understand this deed? From my understanding my Grandparents bought a parcel of land South of the road. That being the 20x16x60. But the way it is drawn doesn't coinside with that. Any help for me to understand this would be awesome.
