How do you compare and choose a local BC Land Surveyor to determine property lines and a plan to show location of fence, building and other structures etc please?
The quotes seem to vary from one firm to the next so how do you determine who may have the most accurate service and best value for litigation?

what questions should one ask survey vendors To select the best fit if they are all part of the same association please:
- is it number of staff in the field?
- latest tech being used?
- is it time and materials based?
- if they are all part of BC Land Surveyor
what should you do to prep for a survey ie clear shrubs for line of sight and put neighbours on notice? what else?
