Hey everyone, I already posted this kind of thing on our Discord but I know not everyone here is on it so here I am (I know a lot of things about you mwhahahahah you shall fear my power!) 🔥

So, A2M2, our modding tool for Astral Ascent will be released in a few weeks (like very soon). We've been working on it for a while and we're getting close to actually putting it in your hands.

Real quick, here's what it does: you can edit any visual asset in the game. Sprites, animations, attack FX, decors, characters. One element or a full overhaul, up to you. For now it's visuals only, no gameplay or mechanics yet.

We're showing it live in the next devlog with a mod example so you'll see it for real soon.

But honestly we're at the point where we'd rather just ask than guess. So:

Do you actually care about this kind of thing? Got a mod idea sitting in your head already? And when it drops, what makes it worth celebrating for you? A contest, a showcase, something else? 🤔

The entire video of me beating the master, including his cut scene in the middle is 40 seconds long. A lot of hte build didn't come online until world 3, but it was a good time nonetheless.

Yalees are my favorites. I live nothing more than seeing a cloud of those cats streak across my screen, then a sky ship come along and start dropping bombs.

I want to know what the absolute most broken build for yellies happens to be. Just getting chips coming down all the time, never off the screen, chain reactions between them and maybe saplings that just lead to summoning one another? Something like that.

As I said in the title, I'm planning on buying this game that looks really great. I'm a bit short on money at the moment.

So I wonder if I should buy all dlc right away or I can wait. Let me break it down: I know I can bench the new characters for now. But what about The Outer Reaches and Celestial Haven? Can I leave them on the back burner too? I'm assuming there's a steep learning curve and these new biomes are post-vanilla content, so I should have plenty of time before I actually hit the endgame of the base loop.

Any insights or pro-tips? Thanks in advance!

Going through emails and see the reward bot gave me one of my backer rewards but its only for Steam.

I dont have this game on steam... only PS4.

Is there something Im supposed to do on my end with kickstarter?
Got an email in December saying to join an invite to Discord, but its a rats nest now with the whole age verification ID required.

Discord conveniently disabled my account for god knows why which is a treat since I barely ever used the service.

Now Im in a support ticket loop for Discord for a ancillary service I never wanted to join anyway.

Im 40+yo in the US, guess which support area I was told to "Appeals and Age-Update Requests" Uh huh.

Figured everything with backing Fallen Fates would go through kickstarter.

No clue why Id ever do business with Discord to get my rewards or need to submit my platform of choice there but here I am.

Am I just shit out of luck?
