I just checked the Discord for an update on the console timing and there was this from a couple of days ago from Léa on the Production/Marketing side:

"Unfortunately, our first estimation was a bit too optimistic.

The DLC/Update just passed the first certification pass on Monday, and because it's a DLC we need to do another validation pass to create/validate the page on console Store.

Each certification pass can take between 2 to 4 weeks, so it means it will be available in june, either mid or end but we don't have more precisions on our side and we can't quicken the process :/"

The Arven DLC is now out on Steam! If you backed Fallen Fates on Kickstarter you can claim your code for the Arven character DLC through the Hibernian Workshop discord.
