The type of more popish tracks you have heard in pano that just make the entire place light up in unity and happiness as the blinds go up

After hours of dancing I felt really out of it and sat at the bar by myself with some water. Without realizing I had been staring at the dj and at the dance door for some while kind of disassociating but resting at the same time. Kind of like when you’re at the gym and you’re resting and you don’t realize that you’re staring off into space.

I’m probably going to get downvoted but I fear the bartenders maybe saw this and thought I was doing the “spectating” or “gawking” and staring at people like it was a spectacle. Is there some kind of communication between the employees there to not let certain people in? I hadn’t done this before but on this particular weekend I felt really out of it and now fear they won’t let me in after doing this for some time (probably ten minutes or so).

4th of May, 2025, slightly before DVS1 played, we locked eyes. You had short hair, I was the guy with bleached hair. You were so intimidating at first, but after that you were super chill. I asked you how's it going with a shy smile, and you ignored my question and went in straight for the "is it okay if i touch you?".

I was like sure go ahead, and you found some napkins and told me "you didnt empty all of your pockets". You proceeded to put all 6 stickers on my samsung s23 ultra, asked me if i know the rules, and told me to have fun. I will forever remember you, and my dms are open 🥰💋

Question for those who made it till closing: Who are these people outside with big speaker playing German rap? Is it a joke?

You: lived in NYC before moving to Berlin about 9 years ago. Brown skin, black thick wavy hair, beautiful green-ish eyes, an effortless smile, white/green crop top with thin straps and a simple silver bracelet. You were with a big group of friends supporting your dj friend.

Me: brown skin, curly short black hair, topless, grey baggy jeans with a pink thong peeking out at the sides, chunky silver necklace, and probably the person on the dance floor with the little fan, fanning himself way too much.

We ended up dancing almost the entire Mayurashka set right in front of the DJ. I was vibing with your whole group, but there was something about your calm, charming, completely effortless energy that really got me. We kept smiling at each other and having these little interactions while dancing. You introduced me to your friends, which I thought was very cute.

There was one small moment that made me notice you even more: when one of your friends crossed a boundary with me, you quietly called it out. I tried to make light of it at the time, but I really appreciated that you noticed.

At some point near the end of the set you went towards the side, while I stayed dancing until the very last beat. When I turned around, you were gone. I looked around the Garden for a while but eventually gave up.

I was definitely too shy to make a move, and I’ve been kicking myself a little for not asking for your number.

So, if by any chance you recognize yourself: I’d really like to take you out for dinner. And I still haven’t decided whether I actually like coconut water, but I’m glad I tried yours. :)

Hello! I noticed that since a while, after searching my bag I am told that it is forbidden to do audio recordings inside the building. I am happy to comply, i am just afraid that shazam counts as audio recording? I have found some of my favourite tracks over the time through own detection and the "last kn track-ids threads" in here, would be quite a change for me and (possibly) the community. What do you think? Thanks a lot and have a good rest

Many great parties take place in Berlin each week, not everyone wants to queue for Berghain, and many of us enjoy a change of scenery too.

Here, you can find/submit a curated selection of solid alternative parties coming up in the next 7 days or so.

Please think before sharing an event here. If its an event that doesn't advertise online and relies more on word of mouth then best not to rock the boat by posting it here. If its an event that's publicized on RA, Insta or other internet megaphones then its fine.

It might also help to keep the bh queue size manageable so please share your knowledge of other events even if you plan to go to Berghain. To make the thread useful and readable, please include a few basic event details with your submissions - date, name, location (or at least which district in Berlin its in), and perhaps a few words about what makes it noteworthy.

Still buzzing from his set and spent the weekend digging through my EBM records. As a huge mulero and EBM fan since ages that was very special to me. Listening to some of the tracks only made me remember how unbelievably mixed they were.

It was great seeing him having fun and dancing during the set. Also loved seeing people singing along to some of the tunes, there were definitely some die-hard EBM fans in the crowd!

Just curious, I don’t live in Berlin/DE but have seen some interesting Friday ticketed events at BH.

I have not been there for over a decade due to getting old lol, but it would be fun to go back for an interesting event, but I don’t have the desire to go if there’s a high risk of rejection.

Do tickets usually mean admission (as long as you’re not wasted or super inappropriately dressed etc) or are they subject to the same selection process? Does it depend on the event? For example Dasha Rush’s live event seems cool

Maybe there's a reason i dont know about but i was wondering! would love to see them there.
