Bilal shares his experience in an interview in the confession scene with mannat that slap was unplanned and when she slapped Bilal he went through it and that scene was included because it made it powerful.
The whole episode & that scene (with improvised parts of it.. He kept dark humor in it and kept it realistic) in particular was the highlight of the show for me 😍❤️
