This interaction is canon right?

I’m asking this because Rush has the weird way of storytelling like Adventure 2 does with it’s two separate stories from Sonic and Blaze’s pov. In Blaze’s chapter it’s Eggman that’s there instead.

I kinda want the Sonic one to be the more canon one simply because I like this interaction much more because it establishes Blaze and Nega’s history, dynamic, and Nega’s admission of using Eggman and admitting he couldn’t care less about the Sol Dimension’s destruction. It could be the more canon one given it’s the first story and Sonic is still the main character. Obviously Blaze’s chapter is still canon but I would say that this specific interaction from Sonic’s story is the more canon one personally.

I would say that Eggman Nega interacts with Blaze and Sonic canonically here, Blaze and Sonic have their fight with Nega watching in the background, the fight ends in a draw canonically, then Eggman shows up with the Sol Emeralds, and then Blaze and Sonic get the Sol Emeralds back from Eggman so it can be consistent with the beginning of the final chapter where Blaze said they defeated Eggman and got the emeralds back.

I'm redoing it.

I wanted to see how much my drawing and painting skills could improve. I want to give this as a gift to someone very important to me (Blaze is my favorite character).

I've been wanting to do this for so long, heres a side by side art that I made, The first one is called (if you have seen it already) Carrying out his final request, the second is called: Keeping her promise, you can say is just like back to back yet again

I think Eggman Nega having voice that resembles Tim Curry’s would be fitting.

Tim has a very elegant and smooth gentleman voice and he’s played a lot of villains. All of these elements fit Eggman Nega as a character, so I think giving him a voice like Tim’s would be cool! I believe it would also help distinguish him from Mike Pollock’s Eggman.

Here‘s some showcases of what I mean with his performance as Hexxus and Forte:

Back 2 Back (first time drawing normal mobians)

I'm known for drawing sonic characters as transformers, however in recent times my work has fallen out of favour. So the next logical step is to try something new

Genuine Statement: Sonaze is forced.

I saw the recent post about Silvaze and I think it’s time to finally come out and state the obvious. Sonaze is mega forced. The only reason it’s a ship at all is because Sonic and Blaze appeared in a game together and are opposite genders. If Blaze was a guy folks wouldn’t ship it nearly as much. It’s also another tired trope of trying to pair Sonic with a princess under the idea that his freedom needs to be “balanced out.” The cherry on top is that these biases lead to interpreting a mere handshake as some romantic gesture. When one takes off the shipping blinders, it’s clear how forced this pairing is.
