who would I get a hold of besides corporate to let them know a new Buffalo wild wings go in my town is making an item wrong?

placed an order at the new Buffalo wild wings go in my town for some cheddar bacon jumbo tots. have ordered them several times from three or four different restaurants and they always come the same with Chipotle dry rub on them and b dub sauce and ranch on the side. I get home and they're just completely plain, no Chipotle dry rub on them and no sauce on the side. when I called to let them know this the guy said he's been working there 5 months and that's not how they're made and the ticket only said cheddar bacon jumbo tots and if I wanted that other stuff that would cost extra. try to explain to him no that is how they're made with Chipotle dry rub on them with B-Dubs sauce and ranch on the side but he wasn't having it so I would like to get a hold of someone to let them know they're making those wrong there. I already got a hold of corporate and they sent an email back to me that said that store would be getting a hold of me in 3 to 5 days literally did no good they must have not even read my email but that's not going to do any good I need somebody to tell this store that they are making an item wrong. how do I go about that?

Thinking about applying

And I was wondering what the shifts are like. With my schedule, I’d be looking to work open / lunch shifts only, nothing after 4 or 5pm. No nights whatsoever. Every 3rd Saturday off and Sundays off (I know, I know)

My husband and I are out of state working for his job, and he only gets 1 Saturday a month and Sundays off. It’s really important to me to be able to have those days off with him, but I’d love to get back into serving for extra cash.

Is it worth it to stop in my local bdubs and apply with my weird schedule or would the manager laugh me out of the building? I don’t want to be asking too much with my days off. Does this seem like a realistic schedule that’s doable at BWW or should I try somewhere else?

Redeeming Rewards

So apparently if you redeem rewards and then change your mind and request a refund on rewards you are SOL—for 24 hours. You can’t un-change your mind.

The manager doesn’t seem to care about it or you either. I get having the rule but I don’t get a manager being unable to override. I used to go weekly, but not anymore. I have a ridiculous amount of points but the service levels are just going way down. The bartenders are no longer the friendliest in town.

Every time I try and redeem points something happens where I can’t. I swear it is a scam.

Hi so i had an interview last Saturday and met with the gm for a cook position and told them about my experience at taco bell which was my first job this year from april to july and then he told me to come back yesterday and i met with the kitchen manager and i told her the same thing i told the gm and that im available everyday and she also told my pay would be 15.00 an hour but she also said she has two interviews left and that i would get a call Monday knowing if i got the job or not does me having experience favor me of getting the job I'm jus wondering because i gracefully need this job.

A manager shouldn't have a sibling working with them. They should either work on separate shifts or have separate jobs

I have been working for B-Dubs for 2 years. I have never had a problem with my coworkers except the one young woman. She used to be a server and then moved back to HOH. Now she does more work than she should be doing. We work the opening shift and she holds back on her dishes she uses to setup in the morning. She has to run them through the dishwasher. I do janitor twice a week and do prep 3 days a week. We have another janitor for the other 5 days. Instead of letting the janitor do the dishes brought back from the servers she has to do them. If you are doing them she tells you to get out of the way and you are doing it wrong. I pick on her to annoy her enough so she gives up her dishes so I can do them.

Today I did janitor and just got back from mopping the dining room. I was emptying the mop bucket and she was coming by with the shredded chicken and buffalo sauce in a large bowl that wasn't mixed yet. She tells me to get out of her way. I snapped at her. I told her she could wait until I was done. I told her she needed to stop treating people like this. That one day she might end up like I did. I was homeless for 2 years.

I was a manager at Long John Silver's and have been in food service for 20 years. I am 46 years old and I have seen it all. I used to work hard like that doing other people's job and it got me nowhere. I was even talked to by managers about doing their job when it wasn't mine. It is one thing to help someone out when they are getting slammed it's another thing taking work from them when the place is dead and they are running out of work to do. I left 40 minutes early because she wouldn't give me her dishes. One of these days she is going to take on too much and it's going to overstress her. I have been there. Her sister doesn't do anything about it so not my problem. I hope other B-Dubs are doing better.

Cashier Interview Tips?

I have an interview tomorrow for the cashier position. I'm terrible with interviews.
My last interview was with Applebee's. I panicked and took up the entire interview talking about bowling. For no good reason.
The only good interview I had was when I took 5 vodka shots beforehand, but I don't want to do that this time.
What sort of questions will they ask me?

New Halloween Drink

Just curious if any other BDubs employees have seen the new "Vampirita" and its ingredients? I guess I'm more or less wondering why we're using the zero-proof Triple Sec instead of Paramount? Are we cheaping out on the liquor now? It'll still be made with 1.5 oz of Lunazul so it's not like it'll be a mocktail??

Gift card scam

Few months ago I got an email saying if I buy a $50 gift card, then I get a $10 one for free. I went and bought it and got the $50 card right away. The $10 gift card didn’t come to my email until two weeks after purchase back in mid-June. I go to use the $10 card today and it’s expired July 31?! What kind of scam is this BS.

I was told BWW cleans their beer lines every 2 months, wtf?

A GM told me they recently signed a new contract and are getting their beer lines cleaned every 2 months. Is this common at BWW? That's so gross, every 2 weeks is industry standard

[CA] Buffalo Wild Wings Employee Keeps Having His Tips Delayed

My friend works at a Buffalo Wild Wings in California, and I'm trying to help him figure out how to handle an ongoing payroll/tip issue.

He has earned over $900 in customer tips, but his tips have repeatedly been held. This is not the first time this has happened. He receives his regular hourly wages, but there have been recurring problems with receiving his earned tips on time..

He has already tried addressing the issue at the restaurant level, but we're trying to figure out the appropriate next step.
