I've done the nail and mail, served by regular mail, registered mail, certified mail return receipt requested, express mail and email. They have until Monday close of business to pay, then we'll file a suit for breach of contract/guarantor. I've never done a UD and I hear the court can be really picky about them. Any tips/tricks/advice would be greatly appreciated.
