Sthl chainsaw review

Just hit the 20-hour mark on the Stihl MS 261 C-M and figured I'd share some thoughts.

I've run this saw on oak, maple, pine, and a decent amount of storm cleanup. At this point I think the hype is justified.

Pros:

-Starts ridiculously easy, even after sitting for a week.

-M-Tronic actually works. No messing with carb adjustments when the weather changes.

-Plenty of power for a 50cc class saw. It'll happily pull an 18" bar all day.

-Excellent balance. You notice it after a few hours of limbing—less fatigue than my old Husky.

-Fuel economy is surprisingly good.

Cons:

-Price. You're definitely paying the "pro saw" tax.

-Plastic captive bar nuts feel a little cheap compared to the rest of the saw.

- Stock chain was just okay. Swapped to a full-chisel chain and it woke the saw up.

One thing that surprised me was how smooth it cuts. The anti-vibration system is excellent. After spending an afternoon bucking logs, my hands weren't buzzing like they used to be with older saws.

Would I recommend it? If you're cutting a couple of trees a year, probably not. A homeowner saw will do everything you need for a lot less money.

But if you heat with wood, own acreage, or run a saw every weekend, this thing earns its keep. It's one of those tools where you stop thinking about the tool and just get work done.

Final rating: 9.5/10

The only reason it's not a perfect 10 is the price. Performance-wise, it's about as close to the ideal 50cc chainsaw as I've used.

Curious what everyone else is running these days. Anyone still prefer the Husqvarna 550 XP Mark II over the MS 261? I'd love to hear from people who've spent serious time with both.

Guys, it's been months. Fujimoto is done with this series. You're free. You don't owe him any gratitude anymore. You don't have to keep pretending Part 2 is anywhere near as good as Part 1, or that Denji didn't become a parody of himself, or that the ending doesn't destroy the whole story.

You can finally say things the way they really are.

POV: You're Denji from the new timeline, and you just got into the water (You've never met Reze in your life).

Fanmade part 3

After finishing Part 2, and seeing as it seems Part 3 will never happen, I've been thinking about writing and drawing my own fan-made Part 3. I have a central idea that I think could make for a pretty interesting fan manga.

The question is... would you be interested in reading it? I want to know what you think before I start working on it seriously.

Also, if there are any writers or artists interested in helping with the project, please message me privately or comment on this post, because I'll most likely need some help 😅

For all the shippers who argue with each other every single day: you do realize it's more likely that Reze and Asa will end up with other people, since the chances of either of them ending up with Denji are almost nonexistent, right?

With the likely collapse of the Soviet Union in the new timeline, it's possible that Reze was never raised as a guinea pig, never became the Bomb Devil hybrid, or even an assassin. As a result, she would have had no reason to go to Japan or meet Denji, especially since the Chainsaw Man we knew no longer exists.

Maybe, in the new timeline, Reze finally gets the normal life she always wanted. She can go to school, make friends, and fall in love. She's canonically beautiful, so she'd undoubtedly attract someone's attention, whether at school or anywhere else she goes. She wouldn't have any trouble finding someone special. In fact, that may have always been what she truly wanted. As shown in the story, she was so starved for affection that she grew attached to her target instead of completing her mission immediately, choosing to live out her fantasy of a normal teenage romance for over a week. Not to mention the song "Jane Slept in the Church," which she sings, is essentially about longing for a normal life and a simple romance.

As for Asa, she's much less traumatized and more sociable in the new timeline. She even seems to have made friends. We should also remember that she's someone who craves genuine human connection and has openly expressed wanting a boyfriend. The most likely outcome is that she'll eventually meet someone, whether at school or somewhere else. That person almost certainly won't be Denji, because he's now just a stranger to her. They will, in all likelihood, never see each other again, since there's no longer any reason for their paths to cross.

Done!! Part 2 Reimagined, Preface cape :3 🔥

After a while, I finally finished! I hope you like it! ❤❤❤

This piece took me a bit longer than usual because, firstly, I'm getting used to my display tablet, and secondly, my daughters are on school vacation, so I've been spending time with the family and playing Hytale alat :3

I think I can now gradually get back to my regular illustrations.

So, next step: Illustrating Chapter 2 (99) – Two Birds!!

Lets gooooooooo
