A small AU of how Denji and Reze traveled through this country and how Denji learned to ride a horse.
Denji and Reze arrived in Astana. This city seemed a bit strange to the boy. It was not like Tokyo, and many times smaller. The people here spoke two languages he did not understand. After the airport, they took a bus at the train station to some village with a difficult name that Denji couldn't remember. They traveled by bus for 5 hours. It was filled with a large number of people. Everyone spoke these strange languages. Denji couldn't make out anything, but Reze was the opposite: she understood everything and explained to him what they were talking about. It turned out that they were just going home from the capital. On the bus, the boy was a little nauseous from the long trip. The landscapes were strange: bare plains of fields that Reze called steppe. In these fields, Denji saw live horses and cows for the first time in his life, which were there grazed. He knew about them but had never seen them in person. The bus dropped them off in a field near a small village or town. Reze immediately took Denji's hand and dragged him along the route she had walked a thousand times. She told him that this is where she comes from and this is where she was born.
He was even more impressed by the way Reze dressed in these strange clothes for him. He had never seen clothes like that before. Although once on TV, Aki, he and Power watched a TV show about some cool guy who called Genghis Khan. Denji had forgotten what made him so cool, but in these clothes, Reze reminded him of Genghis Khan himself.
"Surprised, right? These are clothes more for riding, Denji-kun. I promised to teach you everything you don't know and can't do. Now I'll teach you to ride a horse," Reze said, smiling from under her hat, and pulled him by the hand to the horses.
Denji almost fell off his horse three times, and the clothes Reze dressed him in were also strange. But despite everything, on the fourth try he finally got on his horse. That was really cool. Just like he was riding Bima, but this time it was a simple horse.
