Bell Tavern Park surveillance.

I'm curious as to why Bell Tavern Park in Exton has so many cameras around the sprinklers and playground! It's absolutely obnoxious and bullshit in my opinion.

Potential moving advice

I am considering relocating from the DMV to the Chester County area. I originally grew up in Bucks Co (don't want to move back there), and I have family that lives in the KoP and Phoenixville area.

I always liked the downtown Phoenixville area, but I have also been intrigued by Kennett Square and its surrounding areas. Was hoping someone could give advice on what area may be "best" for me to look at - open to many places and would like to hear thoughts (such as west chester, kennett, chadds ford, Phoenixville, etc.)

context: would be in my early-ish thirties when moving, would be looking to buy (most likely a townhome), don't have kids (but would put weight in the school district) - I would want a area where there is a lot going on in the town

PECO consistent low voltage after storms

Almost every time there's a storm. our neighborhood has low voltage until PECO sends crews out to fix it, which sometimes takes over a month, even consistently reporting the brownout to them. We have several brands of volt meters in our home that we've used since having dim lights and struggling appliances for the past month since a storm. During the day, they all steadily read between 100-108 volts in separate outlets across the house. This happens pretty much whenever there's a storm. After the storm, we have low voltage until they send crews out to find the problem. Once they send crews out, bam. Back to 120 volts and above.

This most recent occurrence, I've been filing outage reports for dim/flickering lights daily for 2 weeks now. My outlets with our wall ACs plugged in have been getting hot from the increased pull of amperage and higher wattage consumption as a result. My AC that normally is 1000 watts is reading 1500. Fuses keep blowing because of this. I'm tired of PECO jipping us out of electricity. So not only are they giving us lower voltage and straining our appliances and home's electrical systems, but we'll have a higher bill because all of our high-demand appliances are consuming more to make up for the low voltage. I don't know what else to do at this point. We have called in the past and they still don't make it a priority to come and deal with it. Then they come to our home and insist it's a house wiring issue... until they go to the neighbor's house and check their voltage and see they have the same issue. They do this every single time.

I'm wondering if this is an issue specific to my neighborhood or if this is happening across all of PECO's grid.

Edit: correcting my usage of the word "fuse" when referring to circuits tripping in the breaker box. I'm not an electrician so used the wrong term - my apologies.
