Best place to Tesla camp and catch a shuttle for the Austin F1 GP? Trying to do COTA on a budget!

Hi everyone,
I'm planning to attend the United States Grand Prix in Austin this year and I'm trying to keep costs as low as possible. My plan is to road trip down and camp/sleep inside my Tesla Model Y.
I’m looking for recommendations on where I can safely park and sleep in my car for the weekend, while also being able to easily catch a shuttle to COTA.
I know COTA usually offers official shuttles from places like downtown (Waterloo Park) or the Travis County Expo Center (which I heard has free parking).
Can I just leave my car and sleep at the Expo Center lot or downtown parking garages over the weekend? Or will I get towed?
Are there better spots nearby (like Superchargers with safe parking, Walmart, or specific campgrounds) where I can sleep, and then Uber/drive to a shuttle hub?
Any tips from people who have car-camped for the Austin GP or know the local parking rules would be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

ferrari challenge schedule

I was out at cota last night and saw a few of the ferrari client cars in the paddocks. I was wondering if anyone knows whether or not these cars will be on track Saturday or not? I would love to be able to spend more time with these cars and maybe get to see them running on the track but I'm trying to decide whether or not I need to head out to cota before that or not in order to see this. any info would be great

Patrón COTA Edition

Came across this in a liquor store in Georgetown. Pretty cool, bought all they had for gifts to racing friends.
