My bird got spooked and flew outside into a tree, and then into the woods when a car drove by

This morning, I woke up to distressed tiel screaming. The birds were supposed to be in their cage.
Too fat to leave treat jar he got himself stuck in. There was no poop in it so he must’ve thrown himself into the stupid jar and then immediately regretted his choices because the lack of poop tells me he was only in there for at most 10 minutes. Fat baby, you have millet in your cage.
