Sewing for Toffee Dolls by Huckleberry Toys - Hero Fit

I worked so hard on this! This is Princess Dianthe, she's my Toffee Dolls Victoria. I wanted to make her a super over the top outfit and took inspiration from 1780's Menswear in France, the traditional silk suits worn by Spanish Matadors, modern menswear and even George Washington!

Some wool, some glitter and a crochet hook make...

When I bought this doll, I wanted to see and crochet for her. So this is my try at crocheting an outfit!

It's not perfect but I like how it turned out with the glitter wool and that the skirt got the form I wanted!

I need a better idea for closing the top though than a pearl. It's not holding together well.
