I know that they dat you have to tap untill the condition has cleared. My question is can you tap in phases and will it have a compound toward the end goal or do you have to tap in one sitting?
I’ve been interested in EFT tapping on and off for about two years, but I haven’t been very consistent with it.
I came across an EFT coach offering a one on one personalized program for $777 per month. Another coach from the UK charges around $1,000. It made me wonder why these programs are so expensive ? Do you think these prices are normal for EFT tap session ?
After doing some quick research, I noticed many people say that generic free EFT videos and scripts don’t work for everyone, especially if your fears, beliefs, or blockages are very specific. Some claim that EFT works best when the tapping statements are customized to your personal situation, emotions, and limiting beliefs.
For those who have tried both approaches, what was your experience?
Did you notice a difference between doing it on your own VS working with a coach? (A Timeframe of how fast it worked for you would be appreciated)
Was the working with a coach approach significantly more effective?
Or were you able to get similar results by creating your own customized tapping scripts and doing it on your own ?
I’d love to hear honest experiences from people who’ve actually invested in coaching versus doing EFT on their own.
Is anybody here doing any of her programs? Some folks on Reddit speak to these seeming phoney and of course it is objectively expensive.

Basically I speak English and I’ve been tapping in English. I’m very much comfortable with it and I prefer to stick with English because the videos I’m tapping along are in English but I’m wondering if there’s such a thing as “You need to tap in your mother tongue”. Thanks.
I met my inner child. At first, I comforted a child who was crying, but then the child disappeared, and from the left side of my abdomen I seemed to hear, “No one ever acknowledged my feelings.” After that, I experienced heart palpitations and trembling. I would also get headaches from time to time.
I continued listening to what my inner child had to say. Feelings like loneliness and sadness gradually calmed down, and now my emotions have improved to the point where I can function in daily life. However, I still feel lonely, want to be loved, and lack a sense of safety inside. I often feel anxious and alone.
This first started happening in December of last year, and the trembling in my body has continued ever since. It seems to be getting weaker little by little, though. I keep waiting, thinking that when the trembling finally stops, these feelings will probably disappear as well.
Is there anyone who is knowledgeable about this kind of thing?
