Confused and unsure
Hi everyone. Ive been a lurker of this group for a while, would come here incase there were any insights to tapping that i wasn't aware of. Ive been tapping for a couples of years no, but wasn’t as equip with it till about a year and a half ago. I follow eft universe alot, and although am not certified, i feel im pretty versed in it. I truly believe in EFT and am open to possible that may seem delusional to others, and as much as i have had amazing results i feel very stuck and lost still.
I have trauma from childhood and possibly adhd and didn't realize how much that affected me and how long my body has been in fight or flight. Ive tried everything- all types of tapping methods as well as medications and therapies and sometimes i feel like things are getting worse (which overall i am better, but i think theres a lot of things that are being uprooted and keep coming up which makes things go back and forth, among other possibilities). I’m sure working with a practitioner would be ideal, but i don't have the money to find a good practitioner let alone the best fit for me. im constantly in fear of doing things and i feel like theres multiple parts of me, mainly current me and the part of me that operating from past experience. i feel so stuck and in a loop and even though i do feel change it feels like im going slower than snail pace (which might also be a belief). I know its a process and things come up, but im getting quite exhausted with every tiny thing coming up. I feel more heartbroken seeing everyone in my life growing up and living there lives and im still where ive been
i guess im here, because as much i am defeated, i do still believe in EFT and am just hoping someone has insights that could help. Ive tried validating myself through tapping, and a bunch of other methods so i don't know what else there is this point
