Eli is definitely jealous of Jess (sister in law), she’s naturally pretty and actually accomplished. Not only did she recently graduate from law school, but now the wedding/engagement spotlight is on her. Jess also seems pretty normal and has a good group of friends, unlike Eli. I know they were childhood friends and had a falling out up until Jess started dating Eli’s brother in college, so she’s not even one of Eli’s actual friends, she’s just unfortunately forced to be around her and making the best of it. I mean, Eli doesn’t seem to have many real connections, especially based on how she treats Avery, so it adds up. Eli is also just extremely unfortunate looking and has only managed to make it worse with all of the ozempic and botox, so she probably resents every attractive woman in her life anyways lmao

Like them or not, influencers with similar followings are actually somewhat either influencing with content creation (curated vlogs, hauls, get ready with me videos, podcasts, etc.) or creating brands within their brand.

Aside from being an “author“ whose work reads as if it’s being written by a teenage girl copy/pasting generic hype girl advice from their ChatGPT bot into a word document, what is she doing? Nothing about her daily AMAs loaded with poorly written replies to hyper-specific questions she asks herself or badly coordinated photo dumps with horrendous millennial humor captions count, either.

How is she by any means considered an influencer?

I know I don’t have to explain this but having an EGOT is a big fucking deal and seeing her call herself that is gross and weird and tacky. As a “theatre kid” she should put some more respect on a very prestigious and hard earned actual title not a funny haha heehee stupid play on initials that doesn’t even make sense.

I just read viola Davis’ book and listened to her on some pods and she has an EGOT and deserves it and for Eli to throw around that word is just shitty.

I used to follow and really like her and she was the only influencer I could stomach but MAN she puts a bad taste in my mouth now

first, halleys wedding party was the same day as TS. do we think eli is seething jealousy bc of that? also i know halley didnt want a wedding but what else would it be called? so im calling it that. shes also getting a ton of views on her content bc she wasnt insecure enough to wait. you can tell she was just having fun with it. honestly good for her

second, downvote if yall want but i genuinely liked how halleys choices made sense for her & spoke to her style. like the optics of it all looked cohesive & like she had a theme. unlike someone elses wedding……
