So how are we feeling about….
Cobra Commander’s badass new girl Major Medusa.
Not completely sold on the suit but you know the ghost snake arm thing is really cool. No idea how it works but it’s cool.

If you could add anything to the energon universe, without having to worry about rights, what would you be most excited to see in the energon universe next?
Yes, another year in the small room, which probably means no show information. Try in 2027.
I was a bit confused at first, but I really liked how they did the panel here, with them using The Pitt as a way to frame the panels and the unorthodox way of starting the panels from the bottom instead of up to accomodate it as well.
It was a breath of fresh air, perhaps many will not agree with me, but it always felt like G.I. Joe had the least interesting panelling of the 3 main books. Imo, Transformers always had the better panelling, Void Rivals sometimes pull up full page and even double spread pages, but, for G.I. Joe, while they had that sometimes, it always felt like they did less and didn't do anything interesting with the art.
To be clear, not talking about the art, the art has always been good, I'm just talking about the way the art is presented, most of the time for G.I. Joe, you have a white background with the panels

After finishing MASK #3, I had to reread the last 2 pages to make sure, but it really looks like it's setting up a joke. A new character name Baron Karza promises to stand back to back with Miles Mayhem in battle if Miles can help him come to Earth.
This reminded me of a picture book, which I haven't thought of in a long time. In I'm coming to get you! by Tony Ross, a monster comes to Earth to "get" little Tommy. Except after a long journey through space, we find out the monster was really only the size of a mouse.
Which brings me back to Baron Karza, who is a character from the Micronauts franchise. And well, being from the Micronauts franchises also means he's from Microspace. In previous versions of Micronauts, typical people from Microspace have been portrayed to only be knee-high on Earth. So this idea of Miles and Karza fighting back to back, try to imagine that.
How would you incorporate them, if at all? Cameo, Easter egg, or full book?
It’s not like similar types (Ayy Seekers, constructicons, aerialbots, etc) haven’t been able to exist together. Just cause there’s Starscream doesn’t mean there can’t be Skywarp and Thundercracker (and every other G1 color error, variant, etc)
I don’t get the Bumblebee hate. The only good live action Transformers movie featured him, best action that wasn’t just junkyard tribal tattoo ultra edited nonsense, miss me with the Michael Bay garbage
What do you guys think he's trying to do here
Johnsons run: BOOO!!!! So many characters are dying! We hate it! You're wasting so many beloved fan favorites!
Kirkman's run: BOOO!!!! He's refusing to kill off anybody and bringing back characters Johnson has killed off! The stakes that Johnson set up are being ruined!
(Sigh)
My lifelong dream of having my own action figure is only a few minutes away. I also made a head for a Risk Classified figure.
Is it just me or does Arcee Magnus’ new alt mode kind of look like a Halo tank🤔
Can’t say I’m a huge fan of Cobra La being a huge player in a Transformers comic. Also him hyping up Wheelie even as a joke is a terrifying notion.
What REALLY caught my attention is that Optimus losing his arm and replacing it with a “familiar one” was actually Robert Kirkman’s idea. Ok, you know what, props to you Kirkm— IRONHIDE? Really man? That’s the best you could come up with?
Bro really said “Ok but wouldn’t it be cool if Optimus Prime got an arm transplant from another character, and what if it was an arm with no special properties that’s also red?” Not to mention Daniel Warren Johnson suggested Optimus having Grimlock parts as his arm ala Beast Wars Megatron.
Dude. That’s sick as hell. I kinda wanna see that idea come back somehow. I think Megatron’s fusion cannon, which was actually Sean Mackiewicz’s input, was absolutely the correct choice though. Maybe he should be writing this instead of RK…
That is my Question
Like Transformers Cartoons had some hidden gems of stories that have re imagine a bunch of times weather its Transformers Animated or Bay Films
Daniel Warren Johnson run re imagine some episodes of G1 like he literally did a scene that was homage to Optimus Prime deathbed scene in 1986 Transformers movie
So makes wonder what arc from the Cartoons, Movies or even previous Comic incarnations you wanna see done in pages of Skybound Transformers Comic? Ether by Kirkman or who ever succeeds him
So yeah lets Brainstorm this

Something tells me this isn't going to go well for Cobra Commander (yes, I know these designs aren't accurate to the Energon Universe, but they're what I have).
