First song in FL Studio, would appreciate some feedback!
Would like to note that I've posted this before, but I came back and extended it a bit and made some tweaks
I took stems someone sent me and made this. The red parts at 1st are just his raw stuff he sent me. Then I get into the song I made from it. What do you peeps think ?

Aphex Twin type track
Im farily new to Fl Studio, and one of my favourite artists is Aphex Twin. I tried to make a Windowlicker type track, using stock samples and other small samples. (I used a sample from Pogo’s Forget and from Daft Punk’s Revolution 909)
Learning music production as a beginner (asking for advice)
Hello! I’ve been meaning to learn music production since the start of high school, but unfortunately school work stopped me from practicing all my hobbies (at the time). I’m in my first year of college now, and I’ve been meaning to work early on my assignments to leave time for learning music production. the thing is, i have zero idea where to start. i have never written a song before but i made a minute and a half beat on bandlab a few months ago, thats my only experience. i keep trying to replicate the step by step videos on YouTube but its so confusin. so i end up by lowkey wasting the time i worked ahead for. i also couldnt find any beginner friendly tutorials on how to make type beats of the artists that i like. i also noticed that most of the good plugins are payable. when do you think is the right time to invest in a daw and plugins? if you have any advice. any tips, any helpful tutorials please share your wisdom with me :)) feel free to talk about your early music production journey too! id love to hear about it! please be kind 2 me. HOpe you have a wonderful day!
My very first song-What do you think?
I’ve been dabbling in FL Studio on and off for the past 8 years, just keeping a casual eye on it, but for the last 2 or 3 days I’ve been really diving into it. I’ve done a few tests and just finished my very first track. I can tell there are quite a few issues, but I like it anyway. What do you think? Any tips?
Edit: Thanks everyone, already working to improve my songs! :)
The (Dreaded) 8-Bar Loop
Always appreciate the feedback from the group, but this one is a bit different.
There's so much talk about the 8-bar loop, and how beginners can't get past this stage with a clear roadmap in mind. This is, of course, very true for me. I have a basic idea down for my next track and liking the direction it is currently going in, but this is where I need help 😳
If you normally start with the 8-bar loop, how much do you develop it before moving on?
Where would you go from here?
Do you take a different approach altogether?
I have followed a course by James Dymond on Sonic Academy, and although I learned a lot from it, it is geared more towards mixing. If anyone has any recommendations, I would appreciate it very much 🙏
First Draft of My Song — Need Mixing/Mastering Advice
Need tips on mixing and mastering — I haven’t really done much on this track yet. Also, from a songwriting perspective, how does the structure of the song hold up?
Would really appreciate any feedback or advice, especially on what could make it sound more professional.
Someone anyone please help me

Fruity limiter in FL24
Any good tutorials on how to use the Fruity limiter in FL24? and use it to sidechain ?
How do you automate like this??
How does it show over the pattern like this. I think it’s volume automation but I don’t understand how it’s done? (This is an orchestral piece that’s why it looks nuts)
Constructive Criticism Welcome
Hey, recently started messing about on Bandlab then moved over to FL studio. Just thought I'd drop this here see what kind of feedback it gets 🤙
hi! im from Argentina and i make music for fun. i made this remix.
It's not finished, and maybe it never will be because my PC is really low-end, and at a certain point, the RAM can't handle adding any more and it starts to lag. Plus, it recently broke and won't turn on anymore, haha. Anyway, what do you think? Should I upload more of my projects? I never finish any of them because I procrastinate, but I have a lot of fun making them. Thanks for your time. 🙏🏻🙏🏻
How can I deepen vocals whilst maintaining a natural sound (Read desc pls)
Everything that pops up when I search for this more or less says to adjust the pitch knob or transpose in Antares Auto-Tune, but those don't even sound close to natural at all. I want it not to sound like I deepened the vocals, as in, I don't want it to be clear that the vocals were deepened to anybody who didn't hear the pre-deepened vocals. I subconsciously recorded them in a higher pitch than I'd like, but I REALLY like the way the vocals sound otherwise, and I don't have much confidence that I could recreate them.
