My buddy and I tried over 50 peppers before settling on pickled habaneros from Mexico. Plus creamy hot sauces are fun to make. Most hot sauces are too watery, too vinegary, and too hot it’s hard to enjoy food (or painful poops). I’d love to hear everyone’s thoughts…or roasts :)

I’m hoping I could receive help with dinner for the next few nights. I take life saving medications daily, and have to eat at least one good meal a day in order to take them but all I have is some pasta and eggs in my fridge left.
