2023 exl passport sunroof mold

When looking at my car from the outside, the drivers side mold sits higher than the glass, while the passenger side mold sits flush with it. Anyone noticed this?

At what point would you consider a co-op vs a RS apartment?

I’m submitting docs for a co-op that’s around $100,000 with a $1,300 monthly maintenance fee through a lottery. Assuming it would be around $2,100 a month for mortgage, maintenance, insurance and taxes - is it even worth it for a one bedroom? No in until laundry. I’m in a RS right now with laundry for $2,650 and don’t have to worry about repairs.

What are the chances I’ll have to cancel this flight tomorrow before the cancelation window ends?

I booked a one way to use my travel credit through capital one. Around 20 minutes later, I went to Amex to book the return flight since I’m working on a sub for one of their cards. The Amex flight immediately showed as confirmed in the jet blue app, but over an hour later I’m getting this message for the capital one flight.
