Blink it customer support

I placed an order via blinkit of rupees 500 which was already paid for around 9 and the delivery partner said he is coming and on his way around 10:30, I waited till 11 and the delivery partner has now stopped responding , app shows delivered

Expired Products Delivered by Blinkit and Swiggy Instamart – Is Anyone Else Facing This?

I wanted to create awareness about something that happened to me recently.
Day before yesterday, I ordered groundnut oil from Swiggy instamart. After receiving it, I noticed that the product had already expired in May 2026.
Then yesterday night, I ordered bread from Flipkart minutes. To my surprise, the bread had an expiry date of 21 June 2026, but it was delivered to me on 29 June 2026, which means it was already expired for several days.
As customers, we trust quick-commerce platforms to deliver fresh and safe products. Food items past their expiry date can be a serious health concern.
I’m sharing this not to target any specific delivery person but to raise awareness and encourage everyone to check expiry dates before consuming products.
Has anyone else experienced similar issues with Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, or other quick-commerce apps? What action did you take, and did customer support resolve it?
Always check the manufacturing and expiry dates before using any food product.

Blinkit delivery partner collected cash meant for another order. Support sided with the delivery partner.

I had a disappointing experience with Blinkit today and wanted to know if anyone else has faced something similar.

I placed two separate Blinkit orders:

Order 1: ₹249

Order 2: ₹103

The two orders were assigned to two different delivery partners.

When the first delivery partner arrived, I believed he was collecting payment for both orders, so I handed him ₹352 in cash. Later, when the second delivery partner arrived, he said he still needed ₹249 for his order. At that point, I realized the first delivery partner should have collected only ₹103, not the full ₹352.

I immediately contacted Blinkit support, reported the issue, and also emailed them with the order details.

Blinkit's response was that they spoke to the delivery partner, who denied collecting the extra ₹249, and they closed the complaint without issuing a refund.

I understand that mistakes can happen, but I was disappointed that the investigation seemed to rely solely on the delivery partner's statement. As a customer, I felt my complaint wasn't given the same consideration.

To be clear, ₹249 isn't going to affect me financially. What bothers me is the principle. Trust is the foundation of a delivery service, and after this experience, I don't feel confident using Blinkit again.

Has anyone else experienced a similar issue with cash-on-delivery orders? If so, how was it resolved?

How to get refund from Blinkit after unethical delivery partner practice

Hey everyone, so yesterday I placed an order worth ₹1001 however later I found out that one item had not been delivered due to it being out of stock even though it had been in stock earlier, yet the delivery partner took the full amount from me and did not me for the correct amount which was ₹740

When I complained to the agent and grievance officer they just took the word of the delivery partner and refused to issue any refund. Now I am confused about how I am supposed to prove he took the extra amount when I paid him completely in cash?

Has anyone faced a similar issue? Does writing to any consumer forums help?

The problem is not the amount but the principle of the matter - that they can just easily scam customers like this and face 0 consequences

BLINKIT GUY DIED IN FRONT OF MY HOUSE

I really can't process all this so i am posting it here
I ordered some snacks for me in evening around 8'o clock
Blinkit guy named Harish came and as soon as he was putting his bike on a stand he fell
i ran to him to ask what happened and all but he was unconscious
i splashed water on his face but nothing happened
i felt his pulse and there was no pulse at all and no heartbeat
i immediately called the local doc and started giving him chest presses and cpr
as soon as he had a single breath we took him to swarn jayanti hospital,mathura
by the time we reached he was foaming blood from his mouth and nose
they denied his entry saying no hope for him
went to city hospital and mathura heart institute also but they also denied entry
life is so unpredictable man...i saw his mother there and couldnt think straight what to say to her
informed the blinkit store near me to the manager and all but mann he died of a severe heart attack
i dont know how to process all this going on in my mind

Blinkit sent me expired milk

I order some groceries on 12:30 am, In that they sent me an expired milk. When i mailed them regarding this, they replied me that they are denying for replacement or refund.

Blinkit order scam

Ordered these nongshim cup noodles and was supposed to get 1000 rs off for a week, but never did. Spoke to 2 customer representatives and they said to wait for 24-48 hrs but never got it.

Blinkit doesn't care about customer service or quality

I'm quite fedup with them. Despite complaints they do nothing but keep assuring it'll never happen again. I had already complained for expired products being sent for 4 different orders. This is the 5th time and its even worse because it has fungus. They do nothing except promise to look into it and give a refund on the product. I just end up paying delivery fees again. At this point I think they just use this as an excuse to collect more delivery fees. I'm frustrated. 🤬

Boycott Blinkit? My Experience Receiving a Suspected Fake Product

I ordered Hammer Ultrapods from Blinkit (Order ID: ORD26242456552), but what I received appears to be a completely different product.

The box mentioned Hammer Ultrapods and listed the color as Blue, but inside was a Black charging case with no Hammer branding or logo. When connected to my phone, the device name showed up as "TWS" instead of Hammer. The packaging appeared sealed, making the situation even more concerning.

I have already contacted Blinkit and raised a complaint, but this experience has seriously damaged my trust in the platform. Customers should not have to worry about receiving suspected counterfeit, incorrect, or refurbished products when paying for a branded item.

Until Blinkit improves its quality control and ensures genuine products are delivered, consumers should think carefully before purchasing electronics from the platform.

Blinkit is giving torn and damage product

So what happen was i order this brand call nongshim noodles which i like and been getting it from my nearby store but when i see it was available in blinkit so i order it and when i received the noodles i was hungry so i quickly fill it with water and left it to stream but when i check after 2-3 minutes all the water have been leaked and when i check it was damage and it was torn.

So that time i was hungry and i keep it aside and open 2 one i have order 2 and it was also leaking and that time i got so angry.

I report it in blinkit chat support and said to replace it as i have got a damage product and the message i received was to report to there mail and i did it too and the message i have received was this (have share in photo).

​

And it been 10-15 days and i have message them 50-60 times what should i do?
