This outfit in Chelmsford, UK lists pre-orders that they never deliver. Tons of listings on eBay too, if you pre-order they’ll ask you to wait until the eBay protections of purchase are gone, then they’ll just ghost you. A friend had the same experience on a model that was easily available, but he was told to wait for delivery then was ghosted. Buyers don’t make the same mistake I made.
I love northeast diecast (did end up as 102 with discount and shipping)
The airline offered the luxurious Stratocruiser service with ample space and generous meals. However, there were some drawbacks, such as the deafening noise of the four piston engines, which sometimes malfunctioned. The transatlantic flight took about 15 hours and cost several thousand dollars in today's dollars. The arrival of jets in the late 1950s reduced the same flight time to just a few hours and cost less, bringing an end to the B-29's era as a passenger aircraft.
Item location in QLD, Australia. Consider box condition to be poor. Selling each for AUD 100, open for bargain. No shipping or postage to avoid drama. COD/collect around Brisbane City/South (Nathan)
Okay so i messaged the seller if this is actually a sample (IGNORE THE -132 ITS A 273) and they said “hi there, this was given to my dad from the aeroclassics owner and he had it documented that there were around 5 or maybe less produced) idk guys what do you think? And also N470EV was only in the supertanker version that i saw online and nowhere to be found in the standard livery
I hate to be spamming this form all the time but I am selling the models in this collection, and really want them to go to great homes for other collectors to enjoy. I am only half way through unloading my the boxes from this shipment (check last post) so if you see anything you want, please shoot me a DM!
Finally got my hands on the AN-225 1:200 and holy… this thing was worth the high price tag. wow
Okay so this is an inflight 200 TWA Convair 880, tail number is N812TW, i got it from an auction on ebay for about 300$ and the seller claimed it was “6 in the world” and i dont know if this is true. Its not the standard TWA, but actually just an all grey body, with the tail left white. It also came in a plain white box with the same inflight padding that they use, with a note on the top left saying “SPECIAL TWA”
Everything all good minus delta 738 which has a weird paint line on winglet. Buyer pays shipping, shipped from Texas, US. Worldwide available. PayPal or Zelle preferred. Prices are negotiable. DM me for more info
Looking to buy some models from them, wondering if anyone bought from them and had a good experience? Lmk plz!
When I was a kid (late 90s) I used to go to the viewing deck in LGW and as a treat, I could get myself a Gemini Jet. I still have them on display at home. But one of my biggest regrets is really struggling to decide between Delta 777 in the “wavy gravy” livery or a Saudi Arabian L1011 in the sandy livery from the 90s. I went for the Delta 777 because I was a stupid kid and liked the fact that it was a new, modern type but now as an adult knowing better, I wish I’d got the Saudi Tristar.
I have searched online for this model but can’t find it anywhere. Do any experts here have any hints as to where I could find one? Or if it even existed?
Got some dusty models/ mats needs clean. Anything specific yall use ?
