My car was in an accident on 8/29. I went through my insurance and the car was towed to an auto body in Cranston RI. On sept 2 I picked up a rental. The adjuster called me on the tenth to say the auto body pushed the inspection out. Till the tenth. Then on the 9th he called me to tell me the auto body pushed it ahead till the 18th. On the 19th they deemed the car a total loss. We reach an agreement for price. I go and clean out the car and I tell auto body that the insurance is saying you kept pushing the date back. They said no it was them.

On sept 23rd enterprise called said I was out of insurance reimbursement money. I call my insurance and tell them I don’t have a check and don’t have a car to look for another car. I told them someone is lying about the dates. Insurance calls the auto body and they admit it was them that outshined the dates. The auto body told my insurance they will not accept responsibility for the added cost of the rental.

What should my next step be?

In November we are visiting the liberty bell and surrounding attractions. We have done DC and like to make reservations for an historical place to eat. Any suggestions?

How can I park directly at the Providence Amtrak parking garage. Their website directs me to a third party site for parking but, not the Amtrak garage. Please help!
