He definitely skipped leg day
Made this guy back in 2021, back home, during the good old days of my little business 😅 It was actually the first large-scale sculpture I ever built.
It was originally supposed to be for a gym project, but things didn’t exactly go according to plan. I had already put way too much work into it to stop, so I thought screw it, I’m finishing this thing anyway.
Looking at this photo now brings back a lot of good memories.
Burger joints have lost their luster; potato chips taste like pure grease. My body desires grilled chicken and rice.
Kale chips. Healthy soups. The more protein; the better.
Everyone: When you hit legs, the pain only hits the day after. Me exiting the gym after Bulgarian split squats:
Squat 3 Plate Club!
It's not the heaviest 1RM squat out there. Some people even do 315 for their warm-up sets. Some people even bench 315.
But I do not care. That 315 squat is undoubtedly mine. 2nd major PR goal complete! 🦵 🏋♂️
First time going to the gym and realize i need earplugs or noise canceling earbuds
lifting weights is already the prize
no matter how bad my day is going, knowing that it's shoulders day changes everything
