Synopsis: Koon Hau Yin (Julian) views his brother, Koon Hau Kwan (Ron) as a thorn in his side, engaging in a fierce power struggle to undermine him and seize control. To dismantle the formidable alliance between Hau Kwan and his wife, Wong Suet Ying (Kelly), Hau Yin announces his marriage to Hung Hoi Wan (Samantha), a Hong Kong prosecutor. Exploiting the hatred harbored within Hoi Wan, Hau Yin turns her into a weapon against the couple; their union creates a formidable and terrifying force. Under the rule of the family patriarch, Koon Chi Sam (David Chiang), the family home transforms into a twisted arena of rivalry. Ultimately, the prize they vie for is a ceremonial painted pleasure boat—a vessel that symbolizes the family's lineage and core beliefs.

90’s drama about seafood fried rice

Hi I’m trying to find this show I remember watching as a kid. It was about a chef’s quest to make the best seafood fried rice where the individual rice grains aren’t stuck together. Usually I get pretty good results on google using a short description but nothing’s coming up. Did I misremember and it’s actually a movie or a cooking program?

It almost feels like a fever dream bc it sounds impossible to make fried rice like that, but it’s apparently what made the dish so outstanding. Thank you!
