Hey everyone,

I'm a 1st-year plumbing apprentice in Nova Scotia and I'm currently looking for work. Unfortunately, things haven't worked out with my current situation, so I'm hoping to find another opportunity as soon as possible.

I'm open to even switch to be a pipe fitter or sprinkler fitter. At this point, I just want to keep learning, get my hours, and work hard. I'm reliable, show up on time, and I'm willing to put in overtime if it's available.

If your company is hiring, or if you know of anyone looking for a 1st-year apprentice, I'd really appreciate it if you could point me in the right direction. I live in Dartmouth and willing to travel to any HRM area & have my own vehicle.

Hi everyone,

I'm honestly feeling stuck.

I've been applying for Junior/Entry-Level Software Developer, Software Engineer, Full-Stack, Backend, Cloud, and DevOps roles in Halifax for the past 1.5 years. I've had a few interviews along the way but haven't been able to turn them into an offer, and it's now been quite a while since I've even received an interview.

I have a Master and Bachelors degree in Computer Science. I am currently working with one company in a different role that I am not at all interested in but doing to pay my bills. While I'm grateful for the opportunity, I'm looking for a permanent role where I can gain real-world software engineering experience, continue growing as a developer, and build a long-term career.

I'm looking for any work out there, I'm not that picky, although a good environment would be nice, and it's for work experience or just getting the hang of things here in the city. I just moved here recently. I still have no experience whatsoever but I finished highschool.
