What to do with my career? 30F

I have a masters degree in electrical engineering and I’ve been working as an Electronics technologist at a below average company. I’m good with Electronics but I feel like I lost touch with all the engineering concepts because it’s been five years since I studied.
I feel like I’m working for a very low pay, but paid a lot for my education. I’m confused about what to do moving forward. I want to bring a change. I’d like to take any advice that you can give for me.

IT job searching

IT job searching- companies to check out, companies to stay away from?

I'm searching for a job in IT after focusing on overcoming my disabilities for a few years - I was previously a security analyst (combing through data sets, IDS, SOC style job duties, incident response, data leakage) and a fraud analyst (more combing through data, probing irregularities, user activity, internal employee access auditing) - I also worked at a crypto exchange as a support agent and later assistant system administrator. After college I worked at Computers for Schools, refurbishing a variety of machines for use at schools/non profits.

Happy to look fully on my own, but are there any companies/groups I should watch for, either good or bad? I'd apply to my old company but they've since lost the contract for Security/SOCs with their old client.

Open to anything in the Dartmouth/Halifax area - WFH would be nice but isn't a requirement- somewhere I can catch a bus as I don't drive. Overnights/shift work/whatever.

Thanks!

Graphic design

Hello!

I'm starting a small electrical company and I'm looking to keep everything as local as possible!

That being said I'm looking for a graphic designer to design/ collaborate on a logo for the company.

If anyone here has any recommendations I'll also take them! Thanks in advance 🤟

Disability support worker.

I'm looking at a course for nscc that offers this. What's the job like and how is it in nova scotia?. I did some child care work as an ece and found it rewarding but demanding. I'm guessing it's somewhat similar?
