Anyone else just keep at least 1 of every dragon?

I would feel bad for selling my bonded dragos, so I have at least 1 of every dragon 😭😭 unfortunately I accidentally sold my common rocktail cuz I was going too fast and quickly went to summoning them back and named the new one Kaiser Jr. (named after the og...)

This game is playing me

I’ve been using the 10% summon trick for about a month now and I never got anything impressive from it except for maybe 2 epic dragons.
Today I had two free eggs to summon from both the conch and the wild carnations so I thought I’d max my ancient gnarlroot. WELL GUESS WHO I JUST SUMMONED WITH A 10% EARTH 💀

Cooking vs Fishing Event (Slight rant)

For the few past events, i saw people complaining about the cooking event and saying how much better the fishing event is, and i just don't get it???

Like, with the cooking event, you at least have something to cook despite if it isn't good, but you will be getting points out of it regardless, meanwhile, with the fishing event (this might just be my EXTREME bad luck) there are times were i can't catch A SINGLE fish, and even then i can't complete the tasks because is not the fish required and you have to wait two hours for those missions to reset and sometimes those missions aren't useful either 😐

So yeah, this was a tiny rant about it because of people saying how hard the cooking event is while i find it the other way around.

Event help

Someone said that the fish events are easier to do if you collect all the fish and use them at the very end. To me this seems pointless as the amount of fish you’ll get at the end would be the same. Is there something I’m missing or are they simply wrong? Should I save the fish to use at the end?

10% summon

All I see are people talking about using an earth 10% summon for this rule, but I’m wondering if I used a 10% water or wind if this still works to unlock legendaries and epics?

Slight rant (4 AM post, bear with me 🙏)

I’ve been seeing a lot of posts here complaining about the devs being greedy, and I just can’t sympathize.

I literally just set my alarm, claim my fish/food, watch an ad or two, and close the game, and I have yet to miss an event’s final rewards. I do this probably around 7 times a day. People are like “ah the devs are greedy because they want people to buy things” but like, developing apps is their job? Imagine if you were at work and people started review bombing you because they didn’t like that you were selling something (actually happened to my wife once when she worked at DSG).

Sure, they made the second run of events harder, but that makes sense because the people who want to pay can get more items, and the people who don’t can still finish. I’ve seen people with like 3-5 bouquets and that’s fine, but complaining about only having 1 bouquet? My friend, you get a free egg every 7 days (or less if you watch ads)! You can finish an entire dragon in less than a month rather than spending around 1600 gems to lay the eggs! Please be patient with the devs and don’t review bomb the game simply because you feel like they’re being greedy.

If you think these devs are greedy, I IMPLORE you to look at 90% of games nowadays. Ubisoft? Pure greed. Epic games? Pure greed. Bungie? Oh good God, the kind of greed they talk about in the Bible. Steam? Nah they get a pass because steam isn’t actually as greedy (but still slightly greedy).

I have played enough games to know what greed looks like and this is not greed. If you want to see a greedy mobile game, check out raid or clash royale or one of the thousands of gacha games.

My point is, if you don’t have the patience to wait, spend money. If you don’t have the money to spend be patient! I like this game, and the devs design cute dragons. The main reason I play this game is because it makes my wife happy to name the dragons that I get. If you like the game, great! If you don’t, that fine, but don’t go review bombing the devs!

Anyways that’s all folks. Sorry for the rant. Feel free to post your own opinions in the replies, I may get flamed for this but it’s my opinion 😭

Tl;dr: the devs aren’t greedy, please treat them kindly

P.S. I am not a dev just a concerned citizen whose wife likes the cute dragons. Her favorite she has named is probably Fungy Bungy (my spotted moon cap for reference). My favorite she has named is Gütenberg (scruffhorn).

Edit: before people try to flame me for something like being unemployed or having a lot of time, I am a college student and I have a full time job. I have a “drink water” alarm that I set to go grab water, and it just so happens to be 90 minutes long, which isn’t to correlate with events or anything, I just happen to get thirsty almost exactly every 90-ish minutes……

Can’t grow any more fruit

None of my dragons are hungry and I keep getting the same dragons, so my fruit trees are full now. How am I supposed to get new dragons? I don’t want to gamble important summon items

This is just sad.

Theres just nobody to send gifts to anymore either because people are forgetting about the game or they’re quitting.

Honestly, understandable though. The game is quite repetative and boring most the time. Only reason I play is not for my love for dragons but also FOMO (Fear of missing out).

uninstalling

it's unfortunate but i feel i have to let the game go. by no means is it a terrible game, but the events are just growing stressful for me. there's barely a rest in between them, and in order to complete them you have to constantly, constantly check your phone, especially the cooking event. i didn't even miss that much time during the last cooking event and i ended up unable to complete it. i know the events are optional but i'm quite the completionist and it really bothers me to stress over missing sets all the time. not to mention how you have to rely on ads to grind events for that 1h30 time. it just doesn't feel right, and it's not fun.

it's a nice game with a beautiful art direction. it is not a good game for a completionist who is not able to constantly check their phone. just feeling kind of bummed that the fun i was having with the game was kind of quickly stomped out by having to keep up with events. oh well

The 10% trick works!

Oh my gosh I didn't think the chances were there, I've been doing it for a week now or something and only got as far as rare dragons with it. not only is this my first extravagant dragon but it's a legendary?!

Worried about long time engagement, summoning eggs of remarkables I already own is extremely unsatisfying:(

It feels really bad summoning a Dragon I already own a remarkable of. Waiting Six hours just to sell my lil boy for 2k... Especially during events! I'm looking forward to the return of some, but what about those I already own the remarkables of? Don't see any reason except for maybe the decoration to complete them at all:/

Got lucky and got the Ladybug Dragon in my first egg second run. But all eggs after felt super useless!

I don't have enough forest space (completely upgraded) to keep duplicates!

Please at least decrease the chances after dunno 50Summons or something... Or make them hatch faster...

I've 22 Remarkables, 10.5k dragon score still haven't completely bonded a lot of sets (alpine, cave, Tropical, extravagant), because there are so many possible summons.

I play regularly and enjoy my lil dragons and watch all necessary adds for faster progress. But sometimes I get really frustrated and close the game... Especially the longer I play I know it will only get worse...

It interrupts the gameplay loop... Please give me at least something better to do than just sell the dragons instantly!

Hugo’s video chest and skipping time

Hey everyone ! Does anyone know why I can’t watch videos from the chest (nothing happens when I tap on it) ? And I saw some posts saying that we can skip time with videos but it never appears to me. Can someone help me if you had the same problem before ?

Triple Harvest Remarkable?

Hey all, so a few days ago I used a triple harvest decor on one of my remarkables, mostly because I was curious if it would work. It didn't, this one still gives me the usual amount of things (500 gold, 1 gem, etc.). Since it doesn't work, is he just gonna have the triple harvest sparklies permanently?

Also, if triple harvest doesn't work on remarkables, I feel like its a dev oversight that they're considered options in the first place.
