I actually enjoyed how lax this fishing round was. I think it should be the norm...
Boys were separated for almost 2 months. One of them caught sinus infection, had to be separated for surgery and post surgery recovery. He was in a separate smaller cage, but still in the same room as the other one.
Yesterday I got a green light to reintroduce them. I let them out together in their play area. They sniffed each other and immediately started to groom one another. No chasing, no barking, no fighting, no urine smell, no tail waggling. As if the separation never happened.
They did "argue" over their lil house, but they do that sometimes over stuff they gotta share. I removed the house.
Now...the night is coming and I don't know if I should let them stay in the same cage overnight. At one hand, it's been hours, and aside of a lil quarrel, nothing else happened. On another, I don't trust fully that they will be peaceful all night.
Any advice?
I'm talking about the "claim stuff from Hugo 1000 times" which is literally just ad watching.
I'm a completionist, I'm aiming to have everything done. I also started to play this game because of the minimal to no ad presence.
I'm definitely having feelings about this.

I wanted to share our little victory, hopefully the first one from many.
The evening of 1st of May, I let out my boys for their usual evening free roam. Once I did, I noticed one of them sniffing oddly loudly. What proceeded was 3 months of a nightmare, for both him and me.
I'm not gonna go into details. It was scary. There were times I thought it was over.
His sinuses are infected, and nobody knew what was happening inside, until surgery. The vets didn't want to risk it, that's why it took so long, but at that point it was necessary. Thankfully, everything went very smoothly.
His sinuses got cleaned and samples sent to labs. Results? E. Coli and 2 other opportunistic bacteria.
Currently, with a targeted plan, it's finally looking better for him. Despite everything he went through, he's now returning to his former self. He's back to eating, sleeping comfortably and jumping around (even though still trapped in the "recovery cage").
It's finally and seemingly going towards a happy ending. A happy ending, that a month ago, felt impossible to achieve...
I have nobody to share this with, so I'm sharing it here. We still have a long road ahead, but we're ready for it. I hope to one day in the future post a photo of his happy little snout, without the big bald post-surgery patch.
I've played multiple games like this in the past, and each time the main reason of quitting was the sheer amount of whales hogging top 5-10 places in all events, effectively gating any f2p from any meaningful rewards.
I came to this game with identical expectations, only to be very positively surprised that after a week of staying f2p, I was consistently near the top in competitive stuff. I actually like the gameplay and events so far, so I decided to swipe for growth plan.
Now I'm usually in top 3 in everything. And I'm sitting thinking like....did I luck out and my server has no whales on it? Should I expect to one day be met with 2 day old accounts that has everyone evolved to max?
I kinda wanna spend more, I don't mind tossing 3-5$ here and there, but I'm fearing that the whale invasion might happen any time. I don't wanna invest my spare money and time into a game, only to be locked out of nice rewards, again.
(not hating on whales here, I don't judge how you spend your money)
We wanna play multiplayer, but we hate the fact that Meadow + DMS doesn't let us see each other's avatars. As in, I can see a modified appearance on myself, but not the others (despite having all required mods installed)

I think I ran into some sort of weird bug.
Normally, when you hang off those tendrils, you should be able to switch up from 1 tendril to another by holding directional key and grab (or so, it was working for me like this up til this point)
For some reason, in Watcher campaign specifically, I cannot do that. I need to jump off the tendril and catch another one while falling. The method has worked up til now - where I do not have space to fall off the tendril I'm currently hanging from on the screenshot, to grab the one above to progress to the Throne Room....
Any ideas why it is like that? Am I doing something wrong? I don't have any mods other than DMS cosmetic stuff...
I'm a returning player. I came for anniversary, and have a lot of catching up to do.
I took a break before the shiyu rework. Currently, in last stage, I managed to clear with 2 S scores. However, on the room 3 boss, I'm killing him with 1 minute spare, sometimes 1 min and 30 secs...and I still can't go above 20k?
I do not understand at all how the point system works here. I thought that killing boss with so much time left would be enough? I mean, aren't I doing enough damage? Huhh??
(I'm doing it with miyabi / lycaon / soukaku (or astra) and I just can't break the 20k mark.)
Yeah, the usual chinchilla owner struggles...the ac unit died, the landlord ordered a repair, but it will come Thursday, unfortunately (because "weather ain't that bad now") ...
The entire apartment heats up to 25° C, and while still somewhat in the frame of their tolerance, I can't imagine them sitting in this heat for another 6 days.
I've given them multiple stone slabs that I scavenged around, after refrigerating them, but they are ignoring those. If I put the slabs where they usually chill - they'll move away to lay in different spots.
I tried the "ice packs atop the cage" strategy, but thode are barely making any difference, even locally.
The bottom of the cage is significantly cooler because of the floor, but they also avoid it for whatever reason.
What else can I do?
Blowing fan at them obviously won't work. I can't open the window because it's 28° outside. I can't take them anywhere else, because I got no spare / smaller cage, and have no friends / family anywhere close. I have no car to utilize a car ac.
This situation sucks so hard, but at least the temperature doesn't go above 24-25°...for now...
I need help optimizing my fruit output. I have 4 bushes and I'm setting them for 4 hour shifts. Thinking about doing 2 hrs since I'm checking for events, but is there a difference? I also have one fruit fairy.
What's the best strat for maximizing fruit output? I have soooooo many dragons to lvl up it's not even funny 😭
I was sitting on like 300 gems that I was saving ever since I started playing. I'm super tight on space.
Then I saw that ALL fog clears cost just 10 gems?? So I kinda just spent them all to expand my forest to my heart's content??
I feel like it's unintended, like the gem cost should scale with the gold it costs, no??

I'm going tomorrow to the vet. My boy was fighting the upper respiratory infection for months, very fiercely...but a few days ago he got worse, very rapidly.
I was already grieving for months, knowing it's an unwinnable fight. But I'm most scared for his brother...
I don't think I can adopt another chinchilla. I don't think I'm ready for another pet after this entire ordeal. But I know his brother will be lonely. They are herd animals...
The biggest fear I have is that he'll fail bonding with another chin. He's super dominant.

Thankfully their enclosure is huuuuge, and they have a wheel as well. I'm so happy it's not another case of borderline neglectful pet store keeping them in terrible conditions until someone mercifully buys them.
My local pet store started to expand and give all the animals the space and unique enclosures they deserve, and I'm loving that change.

So, I had this small game idea brewing in my head. I can model, I can animate, I can design, but I have 0 clue how to program anything.

I have to start somewhere...but from my Blender adventures, I know that typing "Unity for beginners" in youtube searchbar is about the worst thing you can do to yourself.
Can you suggest me some resources? Creators? Courses?
I'd even say I'm fine paying some subscriptions or whatever, if you bring up some solid courses that will actually teach me stuff I need to know to start creating / programming in engine.

I've noticed such patches appearing on my apple tree leaves. There's quite a few. I'm wondering if it's pest activity or just sunburn? Some patches are brown and see through, and some have bug droppings right below the affected leaves (which makes me question it the most)
It's 2 year old apple sapling / tree, out in the sun for most of the day, we have a heatwave currently and I've deep watered it yesterday.

I haven't reached the fabled 2500 required to get the remarkable dragon chances, but I did get quite a few bonded dragons, mostly commons obviously.
But...they take space. I listened to random advice to not merge event dragons because it's more cash money to keep them unmerged, so in order to do that I dumped my common bonded dragons into the storage.
But then the storage got full too, and I don't have materials to expand it. I'm on my 3rd event dragon repeat now, and I ran out of all possible space. I wanna keep summoning, but in order to do that I gotta free up some space...
Sooo....am I safe to sell those bonded commons to free storage space? Or, in order to get a remarkable in the future, I gotta have a copy of a fully bonded dragon in my forest / storage?
I don't wanna commit a mistake this early on..

For almost 2 months we've been fighting sinus infection. One day it's good, another day it's bad, but throughout the entire ordeal, my boy showed that he's completely unbothered. Jumping, bouncing, playing, eating as always, as if he didn't care that he's sneezing, snorting and huffing all the time. He's so strong, I'm so proud of him...
But I just know that tomorrow, after all the antibiotics, nebulizations and everything else failed, the vet will tell me the surgery is the only last resort. *(No, it's not malo, we've been through x-ray, his teeth are perfect.)*
Of course I'll agree. I want my baby to finally recover and be healthy again. But when I hear "invasive surgery", I'm tearing up.
Did anyone else deal with something like this? I'd love some insight, but I'm feeling like it's so uncommon.
