Drake is a 4Y HW- male Australian Cattle Dog mix just tagged from the BARC euthanasia list two days ago. He is one of the few from that list still alive.

Folks, this young mom was on euthanasia list for Saturday. The vet had to go to dinner or something and left her until Monday.
Her puppies died.

She has an infection that is easily treated.

Can anyone please help? Fostering will help a lot, if you can’t adopt.

Found this sweet older girl outside of our apartment complex. She does not have tags and only has a flea collar. We can’t keep her with us but also couldn’t let her suffer outside as it has been very hot. Please DM me if you can take her in for free. Thank you.

EDIT: We took her to the vet to see if she was chipped, and she is NOT chipped. She weighted 15lbs at the vet and looks like she may have had a litter in the past.

She is extremely sweet and friendly and I believe potty trained as well. We can’t foster her as we are leaving town for the next couple of weeks on Friday morning. Our dog is not friendly towards her either and are keeping them separate. We just couldn’t leave this sweet girl outside in this heat.

We are willing to drive and meet with anyone willing to taker her in. Thank you!

5/10/2026: at front of kennel, neutral body, pinned back ears, smiling mouth. easy to leash walked on a loose leash to run. stays quiet in kennel

5/11/2026: Approaching kennel, dog has content body language. I opened the kennel leashing her and she exited the kennel walking on a loose lead. I walkd her outside and placed her in a run, she was neutral in the run.

5/12/2026: easy to leash relaxed body, neutral eyes and ears. walked on a loose leash to and from run. quiet in kennel

5/13/2026: was brought as a move adopt in the morning. presented a relaxed body, mid wagging tail and soft open mouth. walked on a loose leash and entered kennel with no issues.

PM WALK THROUGH: when walking though row tessi began to low growl with a hard stare, tense body, raised hackles,and stiff tail. covered kennel and will continue to monitor. offered a pig ear as second enrichment.

5/13/2026: During walkthrough dog lunged forward, barking, growling, showing teeth, hackles up. I baby talked to her and she continue to growl at me, tensed body, whale eyes

Vintage 1990's Lego Collection for sale. About 10lbs total of bricks / minifigures / transparent bricks and 90's space theme pieces. Located in Magnolia off of 1488.

Friends 'rescued' this dog from a street vendor a week or two ago. She's about 6 months old, 16 pounds, has had her first round of shots (plus heartworm/ flea/ tick prevention treatments), but no microchip.

She's very sweet, but seems to have a history of trauma because she can be shy, growls occasionally, and tried to bite their neighbor when he picked her up by surprise. She is very good with rabbits and other dogs (cats and young children unknown, but she's probably good around them, too).

They are unable to take care of her long term, but they are worried about her being in a shelter with her growling + biting attempt. They want to find someone who will take her in and work with her to get her more used to humans.

Any takers? Advice appreciated

Folks, this is Tessi, 3-year old and on death row tomorrow at BARC. If you adopt her, you will have to pay whole five dollars for her.
If you cannot adopt her, but you wanna help you can always foster her. It’s a great way to help dogs get out of that place until they find a permanent home. I know it’s like every day there is a list of however many dogs on the death row, but this girl has a good chance of getting adopted fairly quickly. She is super cute and only 40 pounds. If anyone can help, please get in touch.

Tessi has until tomorrow. She is NOT a dangerous dog, she had lovely notes throughout her stay but is getting stressed in shelter environment.
