Do I need new tires yet?

Wife's car: 2018 Nissan Rogue SR. She drives roughly 200 miles a week. These tires are from summer 2021, and they have some dry rot. Should we get new ones yet. There seems to be a lot of traction still on the tire. Thoughts?

Strange wear on goodyear endurance trailer tires - anyone seen this?

Had these tires installed last year and noticed it looks like the wheel rim is wearing into the tire. Based on the last picture (with orange tire chock in frame) of the old tires, it seems like maybe the bead isn't fully seated?

update: had the shop that installed them take a look in person and they thought it was strange but said to keep an eye on it.
