Do I need new tires yet?

Wife's car: 2018 Nissan Rogue SR. She drives roughly 200 miles a week. These tires are from summer 2021, and they have some dry rot. Should we get new ones yet. There seems to be a lot of traction still on the tire. Thoughts?

2009 Infiniti FX35 Infotainment Unit

I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions on upgrading the Infotainment system. Ideally I'd want something modern-ish, that can connect to my phone, and gives me rear camera functionality, as well as all the current system information. This old Infotainment is outdated, and it's driving me crazy. I have the non-navigation car if that makes a difference.

Infiniti FX35 Valve Covers

I need to replace the valve covers on my 2009 Infiniti FX35. My buddy has some original Nissan 350z valve covers for the same engine, and has offered to give them to me. Will they fit my car? They both have the VQ35HR V6 engine. Any thoughts?
