I never opened one! Tried calling the number but it asked me to enter my account or social security number to continue.

Received another email with disclosure agreements PDF’s.

Also noticed new account notices for Upgrade as well as an additional address notification.

All my credit bureau accounts are frozen and I have additional fraud attempt alerts on them and I don’t see any new accounts listed.

The emails look legit but it was sent to an email account I no longer use and check every once in a while.

Also noticed they added one letter to my first name that turned it into a feminine version of my first name.

It won't load after I log in and the app keeps saying "you're not connected to the internet" is there a known issue or are they doing maintenance again?

Update: I called and they are "making changes to the login process." So they are doing updates to the website and app.

This is 100% bullshit and anti-customer. It isn't worth the checking offer or the 90 days my account has to stay open. The closest branch is 30 minutes away and only open from 9am to 4:30pm (what the fuck?) and not open on weekends. I've literally never had a bank freeze my account for transferring money out to an external verified account.

I got a bunch of fraudulent charges and now the online banking is saying I’m not connected to the internet? Did this happen to anyone else?

Over a month ago I deposited $2300 (23 bills) in cash at a Huntington bank ATM. Nothing was wrong with the bills. The machine gave an error and a printed slip saying it could not return my cash and my account was not credited. I've been waiting for over a month for an investigation and just found out that Huntington closed the investigation and stated that there was no overage when they counted the ATM.

It's not possible that my money just disappeared, and in my mind, if the money got mishandled or misplaced that's Huntington's responsibility. I'm sure I'm on camera depositing that money and I have a slip from the machine itself stating the error, which I shared with them multiple times.

I filed with the CFPB and OCC but not sure what else I can do here. Anyone have experience with this? I can't stomach this bank taking such a large sum of money and getting away with it.

So I created a new checking/savings account and received a Zelle payment shortly after, this was about a week ago, then yesterday I received another payment from the same person but come to find out today - I get a notification saying my account is on hold and may be closed. I was told to visit my nearest branch when I call the main CS line but the closest one near me would be an 8+ hour trip and after I informed the CS agent that, they mentioned I could call the main branch then provided their number, yet I've called a few times today and each time they were busy.

First quest would be does anyone else have experience with a situation like this and did it work out?

Secondly, could I call the literal closest branch's phone number to me in order to get the issue resolved or does it have to be the main branch specifically?

I had sent two Zelle payments to myself and both shows Payment Sent, but one has - Completed and the other - Delivered.

I have not received the one with the - Completed. Has anyone had this issue before ?
