I take 200, 000 IU Vitamin A a day. Am I in danger?

I just love the way my skin looks on it. So smooth, no oiliness, small pores, almost no breakouts. I've been taking 200, 000 IU daily for 4 months, labs show everything is fine. I don't get many side effects, mostly somewhat dry eyes, some peeling in the lips and back pain. Should I be concerned if the bloodwork is good? I'm thinking of running it for 6 more months then going on 30, 000 IU a day.

Stop using retinol PSA

I did not know retinol serums can impact IIH. Stop using retinol. The echoes in my head have eased up considerably three days after stopping rx retinol.

I had no idea this was even an issue with retinol creams but yeah. Wow. (Vitamin a derived creams can be an issue.)
