Is anyone familiar with raw meat diet and histamine intolerance issues?

I have pretty bad health issues. Seems like MCAS or histamine intolerance. Carnivore diet has helped a fair bit. However I’m still not where I’d like to be. I was thinking of trying raw meat for a while. I have tried in the past and it was just not that appealing.

However, I just recently tried a small piece of raw liver and I got the symptoms I usually get that I feel is a histamine reaction. I was just curious if anyone is familiar enough with both topics to know if raw meat or liver would be high in histamine or perhaps since it’s raw maybe it give the stomach more work to do to break things down which would in turn cause my immune system to overreact?

I hope it's ok to post my own interview. 😳

But I think it'll be interesting for the group, especially if you're not familiar with my research and the origins of the Carnivore diet trend.

We discussed a range of topics related to ketogenic and carnivore diets, my under-recognised role in getting the Carnivore movement off the ground, my ongoing recovery from chronic illness, and how terminology is still distorting mainstream thinking around fat loss.

Also touching on RDAs, evolution, vitamin A, protein vs fat, and many other things (it's very long). Even a little on cryptocurrency.
