Farm kitten on the job!

This is the late "Dexter," rest his kitty soul. He's doing his job in Heaven, keeping the rodent population in check. My family has owned farms in CA before CA was a part of the United States. My family has always understood and appreciated the usefulness of working cats.

Feline rodent abatement is NOT animal cruelty, WTF? Anymore so than shooting a coyote or wolf trying to injure / hunt young livestock.

He used to be such a hard case! Now he's lovable and goofy, either laying on me or my leg, or perched above my shoulder while I'm doing my morning Reddit!

I met Joey today and i haven’t stopped thinking about him. He has swimmer syndrome but he’s the sweetest boy. After a little petting, he rolled over and showed me his belly. I really hope someone gives him the loving home he deserves.

I thought this was cute! As I looked at each picture, I could imagine which of my kitties does it the most!

Valentino Fathead with a catnip/ silvervine stick and Obie on the back porch when a firetruck went roaring by with sirens blaring!
