I'm making a homebrew campaign and a set of my npcs are some musical Kobolds that pop up throughout a dungeon that my players will traverse through. It has 5 membeers and they play Skaa music. Puns and craziness much appreciated.
A bit more dragon-y than your standard Kobold, but still a huge fangirl when it comes to the real deal.
(My kid’s recently really into Posca paint markers; I asked if I could try them, she handed me a piece of cardstock possibly cut out of a shoebox and ordered me to “not fight the pens”. I think I fought the pens.)

“Brynja” – Huntress of the Forbidden West
When Brynja was only a child, raiders attacked her kobold village.
Her father fought until his final breath, wielding the massive rune-etched axe that had protected their family for generations. Before he fell, he placed it in her hands, giving her one final chance to escape.
That night she lost everyone.
From that day forward she made herself a promise.
No child would ever suffer the same fate if she could prevent it.
Years later she discovered that the raiders belonged to a much larger organization responsible for countless raids, kidnappings and murders.
Among their victims was also Kael’s wife, who vanished during one of those attacks.
Now Brynja follows their trail across the Forbidden West.
She does not fight for revenge.
She fights so no one else has to lose the people they love.

Before I reveal the finished piece, I wanted to share a little more about her story.
She doesn’t fight for glory.
She doesn’t seek revenge.
She hunts because if she doesn’t, no one else will.
Her ancient axe is far more than a weapon. It remembers every battle, every sacrifice, and every soul that has wielded it before her. The glowing runes awaken only for those the axe deems worthy, and with every victory, it grows a little stronger… and a little more alive.
Many believe she’s simply carrying an oversized relic.
They’re wrong.
She isn’t carrying the axe…
The axe chose her.
But there’s still one question left unanswered…
