Debug command to remove law?

(android) for some reason I couldn't replace nor remove my agri law, on 1st pic, I can't add new bill even with different subsidized industry (note the green marker, the circle displaying my finger, and "similar in place"), 2nd pic is the law, 3rd pic is the removal (similar in process???). What's the command to remove the agri law? The proposed bill law kinda miffed me.

Also dev if you're here, please allow turning law constitutional without the need to remove old nonconstitutional law with the same article

Future of this game

I see many games that have Claude ai modded, and i think lawgivers 2 would be the one of the best game for using ai to extend the game content, like playable nations and different actions. Do you guys think it is possible or will it happen in few years or few months or few days later
