I was so excited, my first purchase of LE refillable lipstick arrived today, but on the permanent case, the cap is very very loose. Like it will definitely open in my bag loose, can’t pick it up by the cap loose. Is this normal? Is there a way i can make it fit snugly and stay closed? I was hoping this was a portable case not just a vanity case to sit and look pretty.

Edit to add resolution: Customer service determined that it is an issue with the refill bullet, not the permanent case, so they are sending another refill bullet…

Could anyone provide a swatch comparison of the two? I've got Norma Jean and Audrey in my cart but I feel like they might be redundant in my collection. I'm a big orange red fan and I already have Velvet Morning, Strawberry Shock and MAC Lady Danger. Something about Morning isn't quite right for me and I'm not a huge fan of matte textures these days. I haven't tried the satin formula and I'm so tempted by these colors especially Norma. (Edited for typo)

I recently bought two of the liquid silk eyeshadows from the NYC pop up and the texture is incredibly watery. I swatched it on my hand at home, tried applying it with fingers and brushes, and it’s streaky and watery. I had the lurex ones in the past and those are fantastic and have great longevity. The liquid silk ones crease easily, don’t layer well and are very disappointing. Did I get a bad batch or is this the normal consistency?
