in america, we drop fish into lakes and rivers using airplanes. we call it aerial restocking and use this method for bodies of water trucks can't reach. replenishing fish supplies every year help support local ecosystems and fishing as a sport.

they can survive being dropped from planes because we use young fish that have a lower terminal velocity. internet says aerial restocking has a 95-99% success rate.

hi luckies, yuki here with some housekeeping items.

at my last update i said i would be posting sporadically, also after returning from a long break at the time. a great opportunity for travel revealed itself around the time i posted fact 158, and i spent that past 2 months pursuing it. after a couple days of rest, i am ready to reveal my intentions with miyuki facts: i will be posting daily beginning late this week or early next week, and continue as long as it remains possible for me to do so.

comments are open for q&a, and just to chat after the break. my commendations for how the sub has progressed for the most part, recent posts have made me miss being an active part of it.
