It’s infuriating to me when C&D mains pick the Luna team up over the enhanced Hood team up.

I’ve been playing a ton of Hood since his release and I’m about to lord him very soon. In my experience so far I’ve felt how fucking strong the C/D team up is when they use it correctly. It’s absolutely rediculously powerful.

That being said I’ve had so many C&D’s, some even being champions, that don’t pick the Hood team up. It’s absolutely stupid. When I try explaining that the Luna team up isn’t as good they 9/10 times rage and tell me the Luna team up is better. There is absolutely no fucking way these C&D’s are giving up a massive damage boost for the entire team for a crutch skill.

Have you guys had this same experience in ranked? When I get a C/D they sometimes refuse to use the superior team up.

Which team up do you guys use for The Hood?

I'm seeing alot of top players say the Wanda team up is superior.

But I've personally gotten alot of mileage out of the Moon Knight team up.

Each one enables a different playstyle, but which one do you prefer?

How to get gun form in less than 7 seconds in ranked

All I see is people using it as a survival tool and not as a charge up tool. It works just like iron fists parry, you’re supposed to jump into enemy fire and absorb as much half Demon form charge possible not avoid it. this hero is all about up time.

Could we change the Bubble charge?

Just give me the energy from blocking AFTER I stop blocking. It’s more annoying than anything but being forced into half-demon while trying to protect against big burst dmg is just dumb.

Magneto ultimate should not counter the hoods ultimate. For context. He turns into a demon from oblivion and his bullets are from oblivions realm. And oblivion is damn near just as strange as TOAA. So why the fuck can a metal man wait his ultimate for the entire game to counter mine? Tf?

And to make matters worse he’s already Z tier ( above s+ tier) and banning mag wouldn’t be worth it cause THING can counter hood and black cat exist.

Where are the Heals at!?

Genuinely, I have to ask. Why does it seem so hard for Strategists to heal The Hood? I have played nothing but hood since he came out and it remains the same across almost every game. I'm unhealed almost every match, which makes it hard because for some strange reason, this community is obsessed with the idea of letting him solo tank in games. Which, fine, i accepted that to be the case 3 hours in to playing him and have won successful solo tank games with him. But my question remains, why am i unhealed in most of them? This character has THE MOST SUSTAIN across every tank in the game right now. A teleport, mobility that makes him untouchable, two shields, and no matter what i do with all this sustain, I'm still not getting healed. What i usually do is that I'll play for my burst phase and will play default while playing behind Abyssal Veil. Once I get closer to my Burst Phase, depending on if the healers look free to kill or bother, I'll teleport to them or just walk up and shoot at them, Creating space for my team either way. When i get to low, I back out with Void Walk, and If I'm STILL NOT HEALED, I'll use Mantle of Oblivion right after its done. After all of this Including the Bonus Health i got from my burst phase, I still will just not be healed. Is anyone else dealing with this? Is there a strike towards this character I'm not aware of, I'm also a strategist player and Have healed into Hood, It's not hard. Please, I have to know....

What does my strike squad say about me? + lord yeepeeeee

I know it's a rather low effort post, but I'm about to start my thesis work and my time playing videogames as often as I did is coming to a close. I really do love the hood's design: the fact that he is pretty straightforward with a relatively simple kit but still fun, which is an exception to most hero games steadily creating ever increasingly complex characters with a million abilities and gimmicks. Things like LoL, Overwatch, DBD and so on and so forth I always hear about adding a character for a Bible with abilities descriptions, so the hood feels really nice and fun to play.

So, to honor all of this, this week I played WAY TOO MUCH and more than I've ever played before, and got my second lord while playing all the way back from S0.

These are pretty much the characters I always play and I do enjoy a lot from this game. I just wanted to share all of this with someone somewhere, so i came here.

So the question arises: What does my strike squad say about me?:0

I have most of the characters at captain level, with the exception of jeff and rogue at knight, the thing at Centurion, and ofc, Strange and the hood at lord.

Apparently these posts are not allowed anymore on the main sub, so it only exists here for the time being.

I need help.

I’ve peeled. I’ve put pressure on backline. I’ve had consistent ults ( until recently) I tried to take and control space. And I just. Don’t. Know. What. To. Do anymore. I need someone to vod review my games I think I’m in ELO hell and I’m not saying my team is bad but I’m not doing so good and I’ve felt like a pain in ass mentally and irl with depression. I’m on the verge of collapse and I need severe help. Therapy doesn’t work. My family knows I’m a fucking loser because I am one and I can’t do anything for shit. I can’t do sports. I can’t gain muscle cause I’m a skinny twig. And I can’t do anything viable in life. I play games all day but I suck at them despite having so many hrs and skill into marvel rivals. Idek what to do anymore and I might quit in general.
