Ok so I've been speedrunning gateway experience to focus 12 because this guy on here told me I should learn how to talk w/ mantises because they kept "pinging me" whenever I meditate.

So I did that, then I combined it with remote viewing, I got the most clear fucking picture ever of a sentient mantis dude. hoooly shit it was awesome.

So bassically to talk with the mantises and get a SUPER clear signal I had to go above the bright violet place in astral, I call it crystal place. I'm sure there's a technical name for it that mystics have, whatever.

So in my previous posts, I mentioned that I got pnemonia and died twice it did some shit to my heart bla bla I died bla bla I died again bla no one gives a fuck. So I'm getting surgery in a month or I'll die bla bla.

Ok back to the story, I wrote in the earlier posts that the mantis originally appeared recently, very likely because of this heart thing. So I speed ran all this gateway shit and remote viewed him.

So I go there, remote view mantis bro from that spot. SO CLEAR. SO BEAUTIFUL. HELLO BEAUTIFUL MANTIS MAN MY HERO

Ok so now we can actually talk and I start spamming him with questions. First I asked why he showed up. Basically long story short it's because he wants to give me a tune up and a bunch of upgrades and heal me.

Ok, so I ask him, in regards to healing my heart, what can I do to speed what he's doing up?

HE GIVES ME A GIANT FUCKING LIST LMFAO.

So of course I start writing everything down. going back and forth between remote viewing then to the list. And everytime I go back to remote viewing I have to figure out how to stabilize the signal so this entire back and forth process takes me like an hour because I'm way better but still a little psychic-retarded for now and oh well im sorry buddy it's my first time remote viewing a fucking interdimensional alien.

Dude kept on telepathic spamming me about conductivity like how it's super fucking important.

Some of my hilariously random favorites were "Project love at a plant then drink water within its biofield". And "Peanuts".

Anyway I wrote everything down because some of these were actually fucking genius, and some I still don't understand but will ask him later about it.

How to heal faster

By Doctor Mantis Man

Alignment, authenticity, love, forgiveness, maintain and stabilize highest frequencies possible

Alignment=amplified positive outcome in everything. Results in amplified healing.

Asked about foods and supplements:

Within the biofield of a plant, project love at it, and drink water

Consume things that promote conductivity

Activities for healing:

Pick one or two of these things from this entire list of activities, foods, ect. and follow them religiously, the foundational ones are best

Exposure to water as often as possible. Exposure to highly conductive water (like water+salt) is optimal. But exposure to water in all shapes and forms, consumption, baths, ect. exposure matters more than anything else

Quartz amplifies intention and basically anything else you applied to this list or outside of it. Highly conductive.

Exposure to areas where telluric intersections and pure schuman resonance signals are

Always seek activities that promote conductivity in general

Structured water

Water taken from telluric intersections. Examples: Sedona, Mecca, Jerusalem. look for sacred water sites: springs ect. with local stories about healing properties. It is charged, structured, highly conductive water receptive to "signals" (???).

Projecting love and healing to others, comes back as mirror

Interfacing w/ mantis and requesting healing while interfaced, they’ll guide you, case by case depending on interaction

Things that give you joy

Write what happened here. This catalyzes other awakenings, aligns self.

Love myself

Feel you have best possible outcome in ALL aspects of your life. part by part, physical, financial, social ect. Release expectations. This accelerates healing

So in Mantis experience two, the mantis led me around the house and had me touch different objects, and I didn't understand why. And the third encounter, he straight up like merged with me, like I could see him walk straight up to me and inside me. Also some random blob tentacle thing appeared outside and flew up to me and did the same thing.

At the time, with no context, these two events were the most hilariously schizophrenic and unexplainably random experiences I ever had.

But I finally figured out why he did this. He was showing me how to interface with higher dimensional entities when I'm using aetheric vision/Basira/Divya Drishti/Prajñācakṣus.

I figured this out by walking up to one of the entities pacing back and forth at my front door and closing my eyes. There was a uniquely distinct visual pattern and energy that I felt while doing this.

Simultaneously, I've been speedrunning the gateway experience (a meditation/OBE/energy training thing from monroe institute) and reached focus 12, which allows me to (attempt) to interface with collective consciousness. I used this to practice remote viewing.

And another guy said the mantis' were pinging me while i was meditating because they wanted to talk.

But so far, I wasn't able to talk to them, they just spoke to me and physically showed me things through actions but I couldn't really communicate with them well.

Then, I realized something... what if I use remote viewing to ping the mantis guy while he stood inside me? And... this is how I interfaced with him. The Mantis almost instantly appeared when I closed my eyes (picture was a bit staticky and unstable still but yeah) and it became FAR more easier to recieve and send out signals. Not as easy as astral plane but def better than before.

I also was like "what if I do this with the spots he had me touch" (a plant, and a part of the wall). I touched the part of the wall, closed my eyes, and was flooded with memories of when I kept mantis' as pets, would feed them, take care of them. I got the sense that this was them telling me that having pet praying mantis' as a child sort of warmed me up for this encounter, so I'd be less shocked or hostile when it happened.

Then I touched the plant and realized that you can interface with plants too. And when I did this, suddenly this translucent smoke started to become more clear above it (it's over most objects but was SUPER strong when I interfaced). I'm still figuring this whole thing out with the plants but maybe it has something to do with communication, or energy transfer? I'm not sure. Just now realized answer to this is probably also related to why Bhudda always meditated next to a tree.

Hey everyone. I'm just hoping to share here what I experienced. I'm not here to argue and tbh you can choose to believe me or not; take it or leave it. Nothing can convince me this didn't happen.

I was camping with my parents in 1988 at a place called Devil's Hopyard in East Haddam, CT. It was just like any other camping trip. Arcade games, candy, trout fishing, uncomfortable rocky ground in a crappy tent, farting around with my brother and just being a kid.

I woke up to pee in the middle of the night and it was pretty bad. The kind you jump out of bed for because it's coming at any moment whether you like it or not. I throw on my windbreaker and hastily exit the tent and go run toward the bushes.

I see what I believe to be the head of an opossum in the bushes up ahead. Close enough to be a danger if it wanted to attack but I knew they were peaceful so I just watched its little angular face. But it troubled me because something about the eye shine was off. It seemed too bright green and the reflection stayed as it turned its head, which didn't really calculate in my brain right until I realized its eyes were glowing. There was no light source to give its eyes that reflectivity.

It kinda freaked me out but what am I gonna do about it mid-stream. Maybe I was just tired, still half dreaming, who knows. But then the horror unfolded when my eyes adjusted and I realized it had a bug face. It kinda like cocks or tilts its head at me repeatedly and its head begins to rise and I realize it is some type of creature that is standing up as more of the body is revealed. It must have been crouched down or laying down observing us. It approaches adult human height but continues standing up. I realize it is massive, about 8 or 9 feet tall, and a standard human would be small to it.

I'm so fuckin scared I stop mid piss which was pretty wild to me at the time because how. I start screaming my brains out and my dad wakes up and runs out with his gun. He sees nothing and starts getting mad at me for freaking him out. He walks over to the tree where I tell him this thing was, and by God, I was expecting some appendage to sneak out from behind the tree and cut him in half or something. Watching him stand right where it had just been was almost more terrifying than seeing it because I knew there would have been nothing I could do but just watch him get killed.

I suppressed this memory for like 30 years and just randomly thought about it one day. I didn't know what a mantis was at the time but that's exactly what this thing was. I still don't really know how to process something like this. Never seen one again, never cared about mantids, and not really into this sort of thing and don't really care. But I know what I saw and I know it was as real as you or I.

Ok so just I realized these mantis dudes actually want to help me with some stuff (I have a heart surgery in a month, I already died twice in last year, I'm seriously the biggest fucking retard for not realizing that holy shit).

immediately after that realization I started walking around the house playing w/ aetheric vision (this is the Christian Mysticism name for it via Rudolph Steiner, but Sufis call it "basira"-I think-, and Hindus, Bhuddists have their own names for the same thing as well)

Then standing in the middle of one of the rooms I walk in, is this translucent smoke pillar thing (this almost always means it's some sort of entity). I sort of beam "who are you" to him, then tell him if he is mantis bro he can approach me. I have like angels or something standing at each of my doors (lmfaaaao that probably sounds insane, that's ok tho it's only gonna get more schizo from here) but they never leave that area they just float back and forth at the door. so it's the only way I can confirm.

And he fucking APPROCHES me. the smoke piller comes up to me. It's so fucking close that I'm inside it. I looks at my fingers with aetheric vision and like the translucent looking smoke stuff was coming out of the tips of my fingers. It actually looked pretty awesome, like the tips of my finger were on fire, without the flame. I'm like "holy shit bro I'm literally inside this dude" (not sexually of course I don't want to have sex with a mantis).

Then he walks me to my front door. I go outside and he tells me to wait there. I sit there and look up at the sky, for some reason I know exactly where to look. These tiny little orb morphing flashing things appear right where I'm looking, then suddenly they stop and I'm like "wtf".

Then I see this GIANT fucking translucent thing floating towards me. It looks like a literal ghost brain or blob or something with like tentacles hanging from it. LMFAO I swear to God that's what it looked like. Then it slowly like floats towards me, and comes so close that I'm inside the translucent blob thing now. Then I get like "emotion words" (idk how to describe it, if u've interacted w/ these bros you'll understand, like telepathy I guess) that I can go back inside.

WTF LMFAAAAO

No one will EVER believe me irl if I tell them this. LOL

So I've been working a lot on developing aetheric vision (this is the Christian Mysticism name for it via Rudolph Steiner, but Sufis call it "basira"-I think-, and Hindus, Bhuddists have their own names for the same thing as well)

Anyway, have reached a point where I can pick out spirits and stuff pretty easily. For reference, everything looks like a geometric translucent overlay that's sort of pulsing with this net of energy. But you can pick out spirits because their faces either form in the overlay and morph around, or appear as translucent columns of smokelike stuff that sort of resembles what you'd see above a very hot object, like a BBQ.

Really cool stuff. Anyway

I've been meditating a lot lately, and my last post I made here was about how their faces appear during meditation, like whisps of smoke when I am in the hypnogogic state. Probably like 20-30 times a session.

So today, I was looking around with the etheric vision thing, and like this translucent doorway/portal thing appears on the wall. And this mantis bro walks out of it and stands at the threshhold of my room. (I knew it was him because I could make out a mantis face, it would form within the smoke and morph around and also this is exactly where he stood when I was in sleep paralysis: the first time I saw him outside of meditation).

Anyway, I say hi, and he walks up to me. This was a little surprising because those smoke columns never actually approach me. Normally the smoke column/spirits kind of just hang out doing their own thing. But this one straight up walks up to me. I get this adrenaline spike because I've never seen one of those smoke column/spirit things do that before, and suddenly he stops and backs off. Kind of polite ngl.

I try to talk to him and we hang out for like 5 minutes. He leads me around the house and tells me to go to specific spots and touch them (um wtf lol this part was weird but I was like, ok I'm not hurting anyone so sure) then I get a phone call and look back and he's gone.

anyway wtf was that lmfao, explanations welcome

Note: I've had two NDE's in last year and multiple people I knew were killed or killed themselves. Apparently, trauma and NDE's unlock these sorts of perceptions and interactions but still lol what was the point of walking around the house touching stuff lmfao.

This whole thing was actually kinda funny to me ngl I'm laughing right now writing this because of how ridiculous it probably sounds. literally the kind of shit you'd hear from a schizophrenic homeless guy yelling at a dumpster behind a walmart

I have had a couple of very amazing Mantis encounters over the last month. I did 5 meo DMT about a month ago and didn’t have any expectations around the experience at all, I certainly didn't have any expectations of seeing what I saw! I went in open and just wanted to let go and see what I was ready to see. I know they will not show you something you are not ready for, and I felt as though I had evolved a lot spiritually since the last time I did any psychedelics which was ten years before.

When my facilitator (human) counted down from ten and I exhaled and lay down on the bed, immediately I became very aware of moving sacred geometric patterns in my field of vision and an altered physical feeling as well. The patterns almost looked like butterfly wings, and in the middle of them there was a portal. I moved through it intuitively and inside there were even more intricate tightly woven spirals of energetic sacred geometry all around me. As above so below, there were just fractals of this energy all over and everything was a reflection of something else, it was amazing.

I became aware of a being with very large oval shaped eyes playing peek-a-boo with me within this brown, golden and green backdrop of sacred geometric patterns. I asked who it was and he emerged from the pattern as this beautiful tall and thin mantis being. He seemed to be wearing a brown robe, but it also blended in to the geometric patterns around it. I had heard about mantis beings in a couple of podcasts and interviews that I had listened to, but I had never encountered one before.

I asked who he was and he showed me through feeling telepathically that he is one of my spirit guides, and he has been working with me for a long time. I felt very familiar with him like I had been talking to him forever, he was part of me, and he had always been there for me. He gave off this loving warm beautiful energy.

I got this sense from him like he was excited to show me something, so I told him telepathically to show me what he wanted to show me and that I trusted him, I was not afraid. He told me to follow him, so I left my body and we floated off of the earth together. I could see him ahead of me and the lights of the Earth below. He took me up to a spaceship, I think it was a mothership of some sort. When we arrived he introduced me to my soul family.

I felt as though I was this puzzle piece that fit perfectly, more perfectly that I had ever felt on Earth before. I felt whole and completely loved and safe, and even though I felt like it had been so long since I had felt that feeling of complete acceptance I also felt like I never left. I was always there, even while in human form.

The entire time I was there the Mantis being was at my right side, and he seemed happy to support me in seeing my family. I realized that I am in a sense living two lives. One of my lives I'm living as a so called "ET" on a spaceship working with humanity as a Pleiadian being, and at the same time I'm living as a human on Earth.

At one point I asked to see source, and my "brother", another guide and Pleiadian being shone what looked like a dental light in my face, and my field of vision became overwhelmed with light.

I began coming down after this happened and couldn't hold the vibration any longer and began to float back down to the Earth. I saw my family and became overwhelmed with love for them and began crying, my heart was bursting with love and gratitude for them, my guides and the experience.

One lesson I took away from this experience was that these beings are a part of us, they work with us inwardly inter-dimensionally, they are not "out there" they are within us. The Mantis being who I encountered is always working with me and I feel connected to him in my heart and soul. Such a beautiful soul he is!

My second experience was just earlier this week. I micro dosed some psilocybin and had been fasting since the night before, so I was feeling them. The experience was definitely much more manageable, not like the 5 meo had been, but I was still opening up and sensing inter dimensionally.

In that space I saw my Mantis guide right there in front of me, he looked similar except this time I could see more of his body and I realized that he was much larger than I had noticed in my previous experience. He looked as though he was 11 or 12 feel tall, and I could see these amazing golden intricate geometric patterns in and around his body. He was beautiful. In this space I asked him to work on my heart chakra as I've been dealing with grief over a lost loved one. He reached into my chest and I immediately felt almost a cool feeling in my heart space, like an expansiveness and a breath of fresh air.

He showed me that I had been feeling like I had a weight on my chest not just because of the grief but primarily because I had not been loving myself. I have been busy building walls of "protection" around my heart in an attempt to shield myself from pain, but in doing so I was also moving farther away from my own love.

He showed me that all love comes from within, and that love needs to begin with you before it can be shared with others. If you send "love" energy to others before you nourish yourself with it, it's unsustainable. We all need to learn how to love ourselves, and once we learn how to love ourselves, not in an egoic sense, but in a true universal way, we will all be more whole, more aligned, more ourselves and we will hold more capacity for love and compassion of others.

As the experience began to fade, I realized I needed to eat to come back into my body—to ground myself again in this human experience. But what surprised me most was that the feeling of connection didn't disappear when the medicine wore off.

Whether I enter these expanded states or simply sit quietly in meditation, I know that his presence is still there. I don't feel like I have to chase profound experiences to find it anymore. My guide isn't somewhere "out there" waiting for me to return—he's always here, quietly supporting my growth, reminding me to come back to my own heart.

More than anything, these experiences taught me that healing doesn't come from escaping our humanity; it comes from inhabiting it more fully. Every time I choose compassion over fear, soften instead of harden, or remember to love myself as deeply as I try to love others, I feel that connection again.

For that, I am endlessly grateful. ❤️

My Mantis Guide

I've been working on developing my spirituality, and have been trying to lucid dream and astral project. My real life in the past ~9 months-ish has definitely gotten in the way though, so I haven't made much progress, I've recently tried to start progressing again. However, about approximately a year ago I began to become very close to the threshold, basically just psyching myself out by noticing and focusing on my elevated heart rate. It's also probably important to mention that 1, I pretty much consistently dream every night and remember them, and 2 at the time I was very deep in the rabbit hole of looking into the world governments relation to Aliens, The prison-planet hypothesis, Bob Lazar, and generally the degree of connection to the major races and our governments and how we are all higher consciousnesses being 'reincarnated' to earth. This may have impacted it ?

I had two distinct dreams where I believe I encountered a Mantis-Type and a Pleiadian-type alien. The mantis encounter was quite frightening. I was having a relatively normal dream, walking down a street, however I'm on edge for whatever reason. Scared for some reason. In the peripheral of my vision, I see something that I don't think should be there. Its a human sized mantis, standing across the road, staring at me. Hunched slightly, triangular type head looking at me. I could say I have never been more frightened about anything ever, even though it wasn't doing anything. It was just standing there looking at me. I instantly woke up, but then I think for a split second when I woke up I think I saw the silhouette of the Mantis standing beside my bed. I screamed out in real life. This Mantis type didn't actually do anything at all beside existing and looking at me, but I 100% felt like the Mantis should not have been there, it felt wrong for me ? Maybe it's because what I had heard about this type which has influenced by view, but I had genuinely never felt this scared before.

The nordic encounter was different. I was having an average dream, the details were irrelevant, it was just me like talking to someone. Then I'll never forget it, but literally my entire vision felt like it turned around, and now I'm staring at this woman -- tall as myself, green eyes, pale skin, and white straight hair that was about the length of her face, going straight on both sides. I don't remember what she was wearing, because I was like fixated on her face. She doesn't say anything, but it's like telepathic. She says to me; "In the city, in the near future, you will attest for your sins". I don't know if attest or sins were the right words to describe what she said, but basically she streamed this telepathically in my head, almost as if I was like interpreting the concepts of what she was saying, but then transcribing it into my own words ? For me, I didn't feel like it meant that I would face the punishment for my 'sins', but I just have no idea what it meant. I woke up straight away, not frightened, just like puzzled ? I wasn't able to say anything back to her, and I haven't had any other encounters since.

Both of these encounters were in the same week.

I wonder what the implications of this were ? I still don't know what she meant, and I was terrified to see the Mantis-type.

So while in meditation, esp things like candlelight meditation, I've been frequently see mantis bros lately

maybe like 10-20 times in the window of an hour whenever I meditate

they don't really freak me out or anything, in fact I'm cool for a chat. But like what's the point of them just appearing like whisps of smoke then suddenly disappearing while I'm meditating? I don't get it

p.s. Some extra information: I've had 2 very very close NDE's in the last year and some people close to me who died, my brother and friend's family. So apparently trauma and near death experiences unlock these kinds of experience I guess, if that helps. I just am curious as to what exactly the purpose of them flickering in and out of my vision in meditation is.
